What whitening product could you recommend to even out my skin tone? Some parts of my body (arms, face and other parts that were discolored due to our swimming class and/or are continuously exposed in the heat of the sun during daytime when I commute) are darker. I want my former color back but I don't know which product is effective.

I'm not looking for a whitening product that would lighten my original skin tone per se. I just want to whiten those parts that became darker due to the reasons I've stated. :D

Thanks. ;)

try asking your derma... GMC has one pero 50 mg lang ata siya, if you want to get whiter, you need about 500 mg... and btw, beware of fakes, dami na nagkalat na glutathione and l-glutathione na fake...

I don't want to burst your bubble but I think your body parts will never even out as long as they're not equally exposed.

Whitening products are not recommended since you're constantly exposed to the sun.

The best resort would be to use sunscreen, both on you body and on your face. VMV has affordable non-greasy sunscreens available. Also, always make it a point to moisturize your skin regularly for that even tone (on a particular area, at least).

The sunburn that you got from swimming will lighten in time. Just be patient. But next time you go for a swim, keep a sunscreen handy to prevent such problems from coming up.

i use clinique city block shimmer. great for summer. gives you a bit of color to camouflage uneven skin tone. it won't lighten your skin but it protects against further darkening, i mean, it's a sun block.

hmmmm.. kung sa face.. easy lang yan.. foundation/concealer to even out skin tone.. kasi when you use the foundation/concealer.. it's like your making your face a blank palate for the makeup..

pero sa body.. don't do whitening products.. kasi it will make your skin darker lalo na kapag exposed ka sa sun..

just use sunscreen.. if you can.. pakaburo ka sa house for like 3 months.. hehehehehe

if you can't avoid it.. well.. sunscreen na lang talaga.. it takes 28 days for your skin to shed the dead skin cells.. so malay mo.. with continuous use of lotions and sunscreens eh mag-even out ang skin tone mo.. :)

Apparently, glutathione is good for the body especially the liver. It acts as an antioxidant that detoxify your body. So, even if you don't want lighter skin, it still seems to be good for you.
