has anyone tried this... was it a pill or parang cereal?

cherifer is once recommended by my doctor, pero parang walang effect sa akin =(

cherifer is a food supplement. pampagana yon. merong capsules at syrup. kaya pag uminom ka nun, lalakas appetite mo. i tried it before... lumakas lang appetite ko pero di ako tumangkad. hehe..

About Stretchings that's true JENSIE and i'm a living proof. I had streetdance lessons and taekwondo and ice hockey and constant stretchings are required and i grew an inch and a half and im already in college when it happened. :D No need for that cherifer...nakakainis yung ad na yun! grr.hehe
