For Blush-on Addicts!!!

Hey, girls!

Time to vote which blush-on is the best.

I'm a certified blush-on addict. I've used the powder blush from red earth, in2it, philosophy.. the cheek and lip stain (the one in the white bottle na may matching lip gloss... phased-out na siya), origins pinch your cheek, and i'm using benetint now.

well, of all the blush-ons i've used, i liked the one from origins the most. super ganda and natural. it doesn't dry as fast as the others. i thought benetint was really good kaya bumili ako, pero ok lang siya.. and it was the most expensive! 18 dollars!!! PYC is only 700 pesos.. or 600.. i forgot. basta Origins PYC ang absolute fave ko.

How bout you guys? reactions, comments?

Still Estee Lauder for me. The powder and the cream blush are very good. I like the powder one though coz it looks so flawless and it lasts a long time. I tried cheek stains for a while but I've grown tired of them. Estee Lauder's powder and cream blush (in Minute 01)still looks the most natural and beautiful for me.

MAC and Shu Uemura are still the best for me...

MAC's pinch o peach stays A LONG TIME tlg... and really sheer you can't go wrong...

Shu Uemura's p peach 44 and p pink are 2 of my fave shu blushes... they're so worth the price

I have new loot. I researched at makeupalley.com first because I want an everyday type of blush that's peachy peach like NARS Orgasm but not as shimmery (I don't want too much shimmer for my everyday look). I found out that Bloom has Rosebud, a peachy blush that's shimmery without going over the top but has more color than NARS Orgasm. I now realize that makeupalley members are right. It's like Orgasm but more on the color and less on the shimmer. I think it also suits most skin colors.

pocketbell, it's Php900 more or less, I bought it at Beauty Bar. i bought Bloom lipstick too to pair with it, very nice, I like the texture. First time to buy Bloom and so far I'm satisfied.

I'm pretty pleased with L'Oreal's Blush Deliceux in Rosy Cheeks. Just the right amount of color and shimmer for me. :*)

if you want value for your money.. get bench pretty when pinched.. it doesn't last that long tho.. but iono.. for morena skin.. the deep one is just perfect for me..

had my mom buy me 3 tubes in the phils.. hahahaha..hope she doesn't forget it though..

L'oreals Pink Marshmallow! Ang cute cute, it comes with a little blush brush na malapad... and it's sheer...pang highlight ng cheeks. Naghahanap kasi ako ng equivalent dito ng Benefit Dandelion.

i like cargo blush in 'the big easy' and also nars blush in 'orgasm'

i like those peach-colored blushes, ayoko ng candy-pink coz it won't look natural.

i use smashbox stick in infrared right now. it can be used on the eyes and lips also, but i mainly use it as blush. it looks natural too and its staying power is good.

question for those who use nars orgasm. isn't it too shimmery? and how many times do you swipe it on to make it show on your cheeks? i tried it at essences and it doesn't seem to show on me.

well, i only tried it at sephora and yeah, it's kinda shimmery. maybe it shows on me coz i have fair skin. well, like ko kasi ang shimmery eh. but i like cargo's blush better. hindi siya shimmery but has the same peachy color as the nars blush.

Saan makakabili ng Origins Pinch Your Cheeks? Is it only P600-P700? Cream blush ba sya?

Girls, do you use a blush brush para maglagay ng blush? I tried using one kasi sa Essences and super ganda pala pag gumamit nun. Kaya lang, super expensive sa Essences tsaka sa Beauty Bar yung very nice brushes. I saw naman sa Ebay that some people are selling make up brushes (animal hair). Ok ba bumili sa Ebay nun?

I have L'Oreal Blush Delice in Pink Marshmallow. I don't like it that much, it's too sheer for me. I tried sa Rustan's yung blush ng Lancome (I forgot the shade, basta the peachy one), it's super nice. Kaya lang it costs around P1,900, expensive!

I have dry skin pala. Pag ganun ba, is it better to use cream/liquid blush compared to the powder kind?

origins pinch your cheeks... available sha sa rustan's... nope it's not a cream blush... :)

may cheap brushes na i find eh maganda rin... prestige in beauty bar has cheap brushes (comparably) pero nice sha and di matigas...

i juz got my stila blush in tint and it's gorgeous!!!!!!!! i'm in love.. i might get a few more stila blush... though it's not available here in the philippines e

NARS blush in Orgasm. The best I used so far!
It's kind of shimmery, that's why it gives you the dewy glow:)

ooh i love blushes. i've tried and tested SOOOOOO many already - name it, i've tried it! And these are my faves:

1) Shu Uemura in pink- VERY nice texture
2) Lancome Blush Subtil in Pink Pool - now i know why it was voted Best Blush by instyle - sobrang natural ng color
3) Body Shop lip and cheek tint - the only liquid blush that works on me! Affordable pa.

I'm fair skinned by the way. Runners up are Nars Orgasm (nice but overhyped), Laura Mercier powder blush in Azalea (nice but way overpriced) and MAC powder blush in Angel (really nice shade but it's kinda harsh on the skin)

Shu Uemura Glow On M Peach 444 for daily use and M Orange 55 for night.

for blush-on brushes i use either bobbi brown or shu uemura. Brushes really make a biiiig difference i really suggest people to invest on a good one.

Speaking of Mercier, her bronzing stick is a must-have.its very easy to blend on the cheeks and the hue is great on any skin color. i'll make pale faces warmer and olive faces radiate.

and if you ask me, i think its way better than Nar's.

i'm loving l'oreal blush delice in rosy cheeks... it's moderately priced, and i love love love the shimmer! it's great alone, but sometimes i use it over bench's pretty when pinched... for more staying power. :)

minsan din i use pretty when pinched alone... it stays on till you wash it off... a tube lasts me for a long time... been using this brand since college, mura kasi ;)

and for bronzer... the best, moderately priced i found was Body Shop's brush on beads... perfect for that sun kissed look!

I've yet to try Nars orgasm, ang mahal kasi... hihi :)

Shu Uemura glow ons top my list :D hindi ako mabilis magoily dito. yung ibang blush on kasi, kita ko na oily agad yung area na may blush on..NARS naman ang sunod.

my favorite shade from Shu are p red 19d and p peach 47, sa NARS naman, madly, torrid and deep throat

I also have blushes from MAC, kaya lang ang bilis magoily ng cheeks ko dito. sayang, gaganda pa naman ng shades, and a lot cheaper than nars and shu

for bronzers, Guerlain is my best bet. ganda talaga! and long lasting...i also have the matte bronzer from The Body Shop, yung nakacompact..okay lang naman..so-so. bilis ko din magoily, bilis pa mawala.

Pretty when pinched by Bench, the one in the bottle has real staying power.... lasts for a whole day without retouching. It's a steal at P180! :D

anyone here who's tried the brush on bronzer from ever bilena? sabi kasi it's very similar to that of body shop's but with bigger specks of glitter.. para namang im not too keen in big glitter... hihi... pero for sure this is much much cheaper. :D feedback?

just new here. i love make-up too and i can say that japanese brands like AUBE (made by sofina) has nice shades and looks very sheer too. i have dry skin kasi so i use their cream eye shadow. medyo super shimmery nga lang. para kasi lagi pang-haute couture ang make-up ng mga japs!

i love AUBE's blush in pink and brown/gold. too bad they dont sell it here in the phils.

highliter siguro yun... o kaya iridiscent powder. mac has a good irridiscent powder, pero mas ok sha for night, not so much sa araw. Wag lang sobra kundi magmumukha kang sahig na bagong bunot sa sobrang kintab :D
