Napansin ko lang, majority ng mga homes and offices sa US and Europe naka wireless network na. No wires or cables to share computer network and internet access sa loob ng bahay or office nila.

Keyword right there is "company", thread title says home network.

On a side note, any company that goes wireless all out is stupid.

Where I live you can literally have wireless internet anywhere you go, of course it's someone elses internet. Last time I wardrove a 2 square mile residential area I detected 354 WAPs.

government policy on the use of 2.4ghz was too slow (Meralco leased this channel, but Meralco offered to move to another channel).

kaya at one point, wireless was illegal.

correct me lang if this is not accurate.
