Hulk, UP JPIAn ka dati diba? :) UP JPIA proposed the Mr. NF JPIA (also called Ambassador of Goodwill) 5 years ago. It was UP's Regional Assembly (RA) bid. After that, NF adopted the contest as one of the Mid-Year National Covention Highlights. Ayun. Meron pa ring Ambassadress of Goodwill. Sa Nationals naman ang contest na yun.
