try this:
http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/who.html (http://)

offers a simple rule: replace who/whom with he/him and see if it sounds right.

1. i should meet whom.
2. whom should i meet?
3. i don't care who my teammate is.
4. my teammate is who?

why?

"whom" is an objective pronoun. "who" is subjective.

pronouns that function as a direct/indirect object/object of the preposition/objective complement are OBJECTIVE.

pronouns that function as subject/predicate noun are SUBJECTIVE.

1. in number one, you must supply a pronoun that can be a direct object of the verb "meet." since "whom" is OBJECTIVE (and therefore, can function as a direct object), you must use whom.

2. number two is just the question form of number one. the sentence structure was just inverted.

3. in number two, you must supply a pronoun that can act as a predicate noun. the pronoun for this number is "who" since it is subjective (subjective = subject/predicate noun).

4. number four offers the same complication.

i hope this helps.

just take note of correct objective and subjective pronouns when answering questions like these.

#4 should have been: "who is my teammate?" :)

There is the moral lesson right there. Never post sensible threads in this forum. As you can see, the first 4 "responses" do not actually answer the initial query. Here in The Academe, we only allow threads asking which school is the best in whatever field.

Seriously, though, I'm sorry if some of the responses here disappoint you. Apparently, some people are too busy proving themselves better than others to actually notice that some people actually come here to post and ask serious things. Thankfully, the later posts do intend to help you. Just don't mind the nonsense ones.

it was very disheartening to have this straight from a moderator
You think that after 3 years of handling idiot flamers worse than you, I would be affected by that standard little potshot? Tell you what. We start being fair if you start growing up. The garbage that you post all over this forum is equally as disheartening.
