#1 Espinas - PCU Dolphins
#2 Leo Najorda - SSC-R Stags
#3 Erwin Sta. Maria - Mapúa Cardinals

#5 Christian Guevarra - Mapúa Cardinals

based on that, there is a big possibility that Espinas can get a MVP and ROY this season if it happens, the interesting part of it is that, Espinas is a 'role player' rather than a 'star player'.....

and, Ronjay Enrile, for sure, will not be the MVP of this season, 'coz of 2 suspensions.... Mthical 5? it will depend on the votes 'coz his OAS is quite far from the leaders....


as i evaluate this season's tourney.... it's about the fifth 'A' of basketball, it's not only 'Atheleticism', not only 'Aplitude', not only 'Altitude', not only 'Availability of slots', but another important thing in 'A' in basketball is 'ATTITUDE'....
the reason why ronjay was suspended on 2 important games was his lacked of good attitude in the game, also for rodriguez, CSJL even issued a TRO at the Manila City Hall but it was pulled backed. another thing was that on the Mapúa-Beda sudden-death game, Erwin Sta. Maria was averaging 21.6pts for the last 3 games of the Cardinals prior to that game, but he was suspended for lacking, again, of attiude, if he was present at that sudden-death game, for sure he will bring a big difference 'coz his on fire on the past games of the cardinals....

based on stats, it has to be gabriel espinas. neither sanz nor enrile scored a double-double performance of 20 points and 22 rebounds in a game. si espinas lang nakagawa nito this season. sanz could be a good pick, kaso he was at 18th place in the stat sheets. enrile, meanwhile, was at 10th. plus, nde na pwede si enrile for mvp because of his 2 suspensions. an ncaa insider told me pinagbigyan lang si enrile last year. dpat may isang suspension sha na ikaka-disqualify nya pero sa stat sheets, wala.

so gabby all the way... rookie of the year and MVP... let's see on wednesday... :)

arjun? so far this season ang pinakapangit nyang nilaro sa NCAA career niya.. his stats were better during his sophomore and junior year..
