hi guys and girls, does anyone know where i can apply for a scholarship? the thing is i already tried applying at our school but they disqualified me because i am on my 2nd degree, and that being the only reason.

does anyone know a private institution where i can apply as a scholar an not go through the screening process at school? coz as i said, our school would automatically disqualify me.

How about scholarships for europe universities? and do you guys know any scholarships available for master/doctoral studies?

Investing in education right now cost very much, but they say what you get in return is priceless.

Free university for virgins (http://www.cnn.com/2005/WORLD/africa/07/20/uganda.virgins.reut/index.html)

Wednesday, July 20, 2005; Posted: 7:38 a.m. EDT (11:38 GMT)

KAMPALA, Uganda (Reuters) -- A Ugandan member of parliament has pledged to reward girls for their chastity by paying their university fees if they are virgins when they leave school, a local newspaper said on Wednesday.

Bbaale County MP Sulaiman Madada said any girl in his district who wanted to take part in the scheme aimed at promoting girls' education would be given a gynecological examination by health workers to check they were virgins.

"The criterion is that a student must be a virgin and from Kayunga district," he told the state-owned New Vision.

The MP did not extend his offer to young men.

the canadian embassy also offers the government of canada awards. the scholarship is available to filipino citizens.

the national university of singapore also offers scholarships to ASEAN nationals.

With this kind of English? No wonder you failed the TOEFL.

Note: If you want a DOST scholarship, the course you intend to take has to be a science or engineering course.

you need to undergo screening in order to get a scholarship they cannot take your word for it. money talks!. they also need to check your grades. and if they do give you a scholarship you need to show them your grades and maintain them at a higher or minimum level. the only problem with scholarships your hands are tied! baka humingi sila sa'yo ng kapalit. di mo rin masabi!? try mo yung mga mayor ng municipality nagbibigay yan. alam ko kaibigan ng sister ko sponsored ng makati. >>>Kirbs
