All UP campuses are at par to the best ones in Manila. I like the idea of studying in UP Baguio too.

no, hindi talaga sila university. walang na present na data yung Admin ng La Salle Dasma na university sila.

La Salle-Main bought that school (Emilio Aguinaldo College-Dasma) eh. Take note, college pa lan yan, not university. Hindi naman automatic na magiging university ang isang school kung binili ito ng isang university diba?

ngayon lang na-realize ng La Salle ang pagkakamali nila, kaya tinanggal nila ang word na "university" sa official name nila.

Terry Sharon, pls dont say that just because you dont like Dr. Angel Alcala. You might have personal grudges against him but please dont generalize the whole university. Yes, he was a former president of the university but it is the students who made Silliman University what it is today. Im proud to be a Sillimanian, from high-school and now college and I take pride in that, but what you just posted is so offensive. Silliman University in amongst the top schools in the Philippines, although it is a low-key school it is a prestigious university not only here in the Philippines but also abroad with international linkages through UBCHEA, ACUCA and other international educational organizations. There might be some things that Dr. Alcala did during his tenure as Secretary of the DENR that you didnt like, but pls. take Silliman away from that picture. No matter where I would be, I would always be proud to say that I am a Sillimanian, I just hope that you would also be proud of whatever school you came from. Good luck and God bless to you...
