at sa lahat ng outbound campaigns, verizon ang pinaka lucrative. call centers calling for verizon are acs, pacific hub, svi connect, epixtar & i forgot the last one. agents calling for verizon earn commissions as high as 20k a month. top rep na yun. most agents rake in 3k-5k.

I've been doing some back reading and I found this..

ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE! I called for Verizon SP.com for more than 3 yrs. out of my more or less 4 years of CC experience.. A verizon top rep could earn as much as he/she can... for as far as I'm concerned, I WITNESSED some, making about 100K-200K commision for a month. I came from SVI din for my first CC exp. under this acct.. then Joined ACS because of lucrative basic salary offer, then went to Pac Hub for a more lucartive basic pay and commission scheme. "Iba talaga ang dugong SVI, pag aagawan ka!" Anyways, nakakapagod din. TORTURE talaga ang maging SP.com Rep. Pero it pays to be one. Not only because of money, but the training and the prestige.*okay*

Donaldson is NOT a call center. It's something like a recruitment firm/head hunter -- just like john clements. Sila yung naghahanap at nag pre-prescreen ng applicants for their clients (which are the call centers).

oh i see. thanks for the info.
so may kaltas ata sa sweldo pag pumasok dito kasi recruitment firm sila noh? mas ok ba pag direct hiring na lang?

oh i see. thanks for the info.
so may kaltas ata sa sweldo pag pumasok dito kasi recruitment firm sila noh? mas ok ba pag direct hiring na lang?

no, walang kaltas sa sweldo. they are not like manpower agencies n stuff like that na nagkakaltas ng sweldo. clients (call centers) pay them to look for and prequalify applicants for them. iinterviewhin ka ng headhunters and sometimes give you exams and stuff to see if qualified ka. tapos kung pumasa ka sa screening process nila, they'll endorse you to the client company (call center). pag dating dun sa call center, you will still need to go through all the recruitment processes of the company (exams, interviews, etc.), pag pumasa ka sa screening ng mismong kumpanya, then you'll be given a job offer na.

Syempre, mas advisable na dumirecta ka na lang sa call center itself to save time. but the problem is, di mo naman alam kung sino yung clients nila. so if you're interested in the job Donaldson posted, di mo pa rin maaapplyan ng direct kung sinuman yung call center client nila kasi sila lang nakakaalam nun.

here's a tip though, my friend applied thru donaldson, and the company to which she was endorsed was HTMT. so, isa yan sa clients ng donaldson. i just don't know if all of their job postings are for HTMT. but, comparing the HTMT thread and the jobs donaldson posts on jobstreet, mukhang halos sa HTMT nga ata yung jobs na inaadvertise nila.

please note though, some call centers do not accept direct applications from applicants-- yung tipong pupunta ka direct sa hr ng call center and apply. some call centers choose to have applicants pre-screened by headhunters para narrowed down na yung mga prospects nila and malamang mga qualified na lang ang i-endorse sa kanila-- thus, shortening the recruitment process on the side of the call center.
:D

Hi guys! I'm currently working at 24/7 customer, dayshift sched ko for Aussie's Optus. Ok ang company, bait ang management, dami events and vl's per year..pero mababa nga lang ang basic pay..

I've heard from the news that New Zealand has also outsourced some of their businesses here in the Phils. I think last month thay opened like 250 seats/job offers here but I absolutely have no idea where they're located. All I know is that they're also a call center but with a dayshift sched.

Anybody know something about this? Maybe I'll try with john clements, baka may alam sila. For sure, mataas pay nitong company na to..and dayshift cgurado

im thinking of dissing my current "huge, cc pioneer" company for a bigger paying, perks-loaded call center. i've submitted myself to a year-long abuse now, it's time to go for greener pastures.. knowing that the abuse is pretty much going to be the same anyway..

so far the highest paying cc ive heard is:

1. HSBC:
rep- 16k upon regularization, with car loan

dare to enummerate?

it's all about the money.. s'all bout the dum dum da da dum dum

pag nakapasok ka dito after 2 yrs aabot ng 25K and above basic mo. only non performing agents earns less than 20K ;)

Anybody here want to try their luck w/ a multinational? Apply at Thomson Reuters, salary base starts at 20+++ basic and allowances. This aint just a call center and all accounts are in-house so you won't have to worry about stability. Must have some experience with the industry though, at least 1 year would be fine

I personally know the head of recruitment so if anyone's interested send in your CV's to mitzkel@yahoo.com.;)

yes it's 16k for crescent services (citibank for citibank australia not the call center for the local clients)with 16k basic. but that's it. didn't see the car loan upon regularization benefit on the job offer. just the 100k bond within 1 year. but they do have medical benefit, i think upon hiring since they asked me to fill up the form

heard that its ICT (well acccdg to one of their HR people). sila daw highest ngayon. 18k daw plus higher nite diff, etc.

ICT has a HIGH offer...dunno if its the highest though...but when it comes to paying...hmm...hmm...harrrump :rotflmao:

ORLY?

Minimum? thats the problem with some people, you only look at the basic pay. Take a look at the whole package. Etel's basic pay might seem low but when its already payday its higher that what you will expect.. kahit 13.5k basic na nakikita mo madalas ang take home every payday is 8-9k..

basic is basic ... well okay maniniwala ako kasi maraming incentives

I've started with etel before, 12k pa nga *** starting eh plus 3k, i can say kung titingnan mo yung figure ng sahod lang, mababa lang pero isipin mo to ( eto yung process dati ) meron kaming quarterly appraisal, kung pasado scorecard mo, you will get a 15% bonus every quarter, siya nga pala etel ang may pinakamalaking night diff, what can you say bout this (30%). Isa pa, pag na promote ka you are entitled to 3k increase sa base pay mo, dati naabot ko *** tsr 3 status(alam ko now, hanggang tsr 3 na *** wala ng tsr4 and tsr5, ang mga tsr level ng mga godlike agents, hehee) naging base pay ko sa etel pag alis ko was 21k plus 3k allowance tpos 30% night diff at and overtime, takehome ko isang payday nasa 12k, malinis deducted na tax. pero wala na rin ako sa etel hehe, sumakabilang building na ako.hahahaha, pero ndi sila maliit magpasahod, kailangan mo lang talaga paghirapan yun.

Did you even try to read or understand what i posted??

Why look at the basic pay as the basis, look at the whole package. And why would i even say those things if im not an etelecare agent? Try to do a little research before saying those things.. And its rare that you have to dispute your salaray, mabusisi etel pagdating sa sahod kasi pagnagkamali yari TL nun..

i heard malaki daw sweldo sa NETSUITE PHILS. basic is 20k for those with cc exp and they have rice (as in rice) subsidy every 6 weeks. deliver sa bahay nyo. i forgot na yung package they offered me when i applied before. pero malaki din from what i remember. whatever they offer, yun na for training and appraisal after training..you know the drill..

maganda sana sa etel kaya lang di nila binayaran comission ko nag reach ng 10 - 15k. ang daya jan sa etel, nilalagay pa nila pangalan ko sa buletin board ng account namin as one of the agents na may pinakamataas na sales for the month tapos binigay sakin 200 pesos. unbelievable but true. kaya ako nag resign and im happy now, nasa Singapore nako. magandang move :)

24/7 is one of the highest paying talaga
I know of some tech agents who are getting 27k plus 3 k allowance

If you want me to refer you
I could but i cannot guarantee you'll be hired syempre
Ive heard theres a new financial transcribing account in ortigas 25k plus night diff
But if you want i can refer you sa 24/7
email me didirl@yahoo.com

Anybody here want to try their luck w/ a multinational? Apply at Thomson Reuters, salary base starts at 20+++ basic and allowances. This aint just a call center and all accounts are in-house so you won't have to worry about stability. Must have some experience with the industry though, at least 1 year would be fine

I personally know the head of recruitment so if anyone's interested send in your CV's to mitzkel@yahoo.com.;)

O may isa pang interview?

Hi Guys,

CAP IQ - 25k plus 3k allowance; (depends on the account and the tenure)

hmmm. there was no mention of "accounts" during the job offer. and the 3k allowance might just be an approximation because they give 1k rice subsidy and return the government contributions for SSS, Philhealth and Pagibig. So it might just reach 3k, depending on your government deductions. the annual increases are dependent on whether the company profited in that year or not.

the basic though is still 25k.

service desk agents, ano yun? tipong back support ba? sa capital iq, no calls. :rotflmao:

^^ What account for 25K?? and do you know the support?? TSR, CSR ?? :D

it's not a call center kasi. yung schedule parang call center (there's a day shift too) but the work is different. you need to be a voice writer / editor. it's similar to doing transcriptions, but instead of typing what your hear, you say what you hear almost immediately after you hear it. the program then transfers what you say into text. then you edit it afterwards.

they're already interviewing applicants for wave 6.

Hindi po ito totoo.. Hindi naman po ganung kalaki sahod dun... Tama lang. Pero OA naman toh.. He he..

The Salary of the reps differ based on experience. The highest I've heard is 27k. Plus: 10% ND, meal and rice allowance, bonus (before quarterly but they changed the scheme na). When you get promoted to a higher skill, there's an increase in salary. Unlike BPO's na same salary khet 4 na skillset mo. Minsan lang mag queue, and I mean minsan lang tlaga. AHT is not part of the metrics. Don't expect a lavish interior nga lang.
Btw, may tig-iisang pedestal per station and it's all yours while you're there. Sat Sun off and walang morning shift.

There are non-voice teams na din. ASEAN support will open by November (target) and morning shift sha. UK will follow.

uh no, I'm not him. Regarding the Accenture thing, matunog na nga yan pero yung mga big boss na Irish ang nagsabi di daw ibebenta ang Libis dahil SMB daw ang LOB nito di consumer like MOA. But then again, the MOA site was sold unannounced....

Tutoo ba yan? May technical accounts din ba sila duon like ISP?

Nag-apply muna sana ako habang naghihintay ng visa abroad. Pero OK lang. Paalis naman na ako.
