pumice stone or callus file?

which do you use? may kaibahan ba ang dalawa? which is more effective?

pumice stone is as is...stone big, round (mine's rectangle)

a file is like an emery board.

i haven't tried the callus file but i can say that i can bring the stone at my shower & do my exfoliation inside while taking a bath.

the pumice stone isnt a panghilod. hahahaha silly me, i tried it before & paglabas ko sa shower eh para akong zebra (puro red scrapes sa braso at binti)
