anyone here who has tried the green tea capsules/tablets from healthy options?

is it effective?

I take two green tea capsules an hour before I start my workout...tamad ako mag brew ng green tea eh.. :teehee:

It's an anti-oxidant.. it doesn't say on the bottle that it helps to increase your metabolism though....

The first day I tried drinking the capsule, I felt my heart beating so fast...

i'm taking the green tea capsules.

iba pa ba yun sa green tea extract? siguro same lang noh?

anyways, i'm combining it with vit c with rosehips and gluta.

wala pa naman akong nafi-feel na kakaiba.

it freakin works!!! :laugh:

no palpitations coz it doesnt have ephedra.

*it costs around P 1,500 per bottle (around 90 capsules).
*you can find this at Healthy Options
*she didn't follow the instructions - take 2 capsules with meals. instead she took only one per meal.
*she does cardio 2-3 times/ week. around 30-45 mins. believe me, you dont have to die "working out" for you to lose weight.
*doesnt eat solid food after 6pm. she consumes yogurt/ shakes/ juice {NO SUGAR PLEASE!!} if she does get hungry after 6pm. basta, NO SOLIDS! :nope:

she lost around 15-20 lbs in a span of 3 months. and she looks great! :D i'm so proud of her!

im taking these as well..pero i got mine not from Healthy Options..i got it for 350/60 caps..it helps me pupu regularly hehehe and also it makes my skin clearer.

yeah di ba i tried that thermo green tea caps from healthy options. i did not lose weight, get thinner, or suppress my appetite. it just kept me up at night.

@bluejeanbaby, i got mine from a chinese friend. i used to take herbal diet pills then ***** green tea caps na lang. kahit bumalik sa dati ang appetite ko, nde na ako nag-ggain ng weight. and it helps me fight my insomnia..nakakaganda pa ng skin...

i just bought yesterday (950php)... prang d ko maimagine that is should take 2 capsules three times a day... pero ***** ok lang... sabi ng staff dun sa store i have to take it for 3 months for have noticeable effect.
