Mga 5-6 years ago it was fine. They had multitudes of projects from Japan and salary was competitive at that time. I am not too sure about the environment now. Mostly young professionals who work during the day and drink in the evening ( i miss congo grill ). There were lots of opportunities to go to Japan before I just don't know the situation right now.

I think it was pretty good a couple of years ago.

I've been interviewing people for a job opening in our company. Some applicants are from Tsukiden. So far, I'm not impressed with their technical skills. Not bad, but nothing exceptional either.

no biggie..just curious..but yeah i'd have to agree with you that there are some who are lacking technical skills but I guess its not because of the company.

so true... hehehehe
i have to agree with everything in this post.

don't blame the engineers though.
most i know are professionals who could do the job
even if their supervisors does not know a thing.

with a name like TSUKIDEN, i can assume it's a GERMAN company. German na german ang tunog noh? Parang Zuellig ay Japanese sounding.

And besides, what's with the text lingo?

based on the existing tsukiden thread, IT IS INDEED A JAPANESE COMPANY.

@w910i: feeling ko kilala kita. hehe. *** ba yung naka w910i na kakaalis lang? hehehe.

1. Excellent HR. I have a feeling ala na kaung makikitang HR ng gaya sa Tsukiden. Alaga lahat ng associates and di ka mag aalangan isabi if you have any concerns. (hah! if you think di factor to sa isang company, well, sa tsukiden mo un maaappreciate. at. maganda pa HR manager!)

2. The managers are great! Walang kaere-ere. Sobrang approachable at humble (of course di lahat un. but you'll forgive the bad apples because of their peers).

4. Laging may pizza.

5. May nihonggo class na libre, twice a week, office hours yun ha.

Sahod? I think kung fresh grad ka and mapunta ka sa development, pwede na pagtyagaan. KUNG. sa dev ka mapupunta ha.

Growth? Again, depende sa mapupuntahan mong project.

Sa case ko, if there was any reason to stay, it was because of the work environment and the people I worked with. Magaan sa pakiramdam pumasok sa ofis. All of that can't make up for the project na napuntahan ko though. :mecry:

Sa pagkakaalam ko oks dito back then, may batch raw na after 2weeks pagkapasok, pinapunta na agad sa Japan.*okay*

C ang Gamit if im not mistaken, if you are applying/aiming to have a programming experience not here. but then if its ok with you, to work as qa then go . after 2 years pa daw kasi un development.Sa kabilang department eh java ata pero as of now ang pinakamalaking team eh un qa dept(roughly 100+),which is the client of tspi.Pero nababawasan din sila, that's life people tend to come and go.pero ikaw ang bahala ,walang sisihan , hahahahar, ingat din sa bpo companies :rotflmao::bashful::lol::mecry::confused:*peace*

Used to work with TSPI way back 2004 til 2005. Some of my colleagues are still there mostly seniors na. Back then daming opportunities to go to Japan for Software Testing and QA. May time pa na New Hires yung pinadala nila by batch of 10 and 15 just to fill up the position since yung mga seniors are not available due to existing projects. Magandang training ground. I know they still are until now.

Hello!,

I was searching in google regarding this Company "Tsukiden Electronics" galing kasi ako rito batch 1991 at masasabi kolang na OK dito, they can provide auto-adjustment to your sallary (kung masipag ka ) at noon pag-napadala ka sa Japan for Training with new HDD Models Production Leader ka agad pag balik mo.

I was hoping that I could find batch 1991 staff and friends. Matagal na kasi akong wala sa Phil.

Anyway Tsukiden Electronics for me is the best company I have worked then.

Huhuhu. WAaaaah.

@dark archer02

Hehe. Anyways, yep fresh grad ako. Nitong May 2009 lang ako grumaduate. The best yung HR sa Tsukiden. Maasikaso tsaka approachable.
