na-try nyo na mag-ONLINE SHOPPING?

i really wanna try ordering stuff online but i'm worrying about tariffs/taxes and all that... sobrang mahal ba or better na mag-shopping na lang ako sa rustan's?? :confused:

dependa sa order mo. if it's electronics, basta small item baka makalusot. ipa-fedex mo nalang na diretso sa house mo (not via post office). kung damit, ilang times na rin ako nagpapa-deliver di naman na-t-tax. i've tried ordering swimsuits, workout wear...i just make sure that the forwarder is instructed to deliver it direct to my house. as for electronic items, nakalusot iyong small mp3 player ko na walang tax. maliit lang kasi siya saka magaan. minalas lang yung dvds na inorder ko, i was charged by the local post office close to 2,000 pesos in taxes for a package of 5 DVD's. meron raw silang fixed list of charges kung magkano yung taxes on certain items.

Ako daming beses na. About tariffs/taxes I think depende sa company/ destination & if discreet ang shipping niya minsan di nachacharge ng taxes. Tsaka I think depende sa total prices or quota ata pag lumampas sa particulay na nakaset na price nila kung saan nagcharge ng tax saka lang hinihingi ang tax. But for some electronics & devices mostly may tax charge yan.

May ibang particular na items na mas magandang magshopping na lang locally or yong iba naman mas maganda if you get it outside of the country kasi iyong iba kahit may shipping mas nakakamura nga at tulad ng sabi ko na I think may nakaset na price nga at halaga ng item mo or weight kung saan nag-umpisang magcharge ng tax.

oh i see.. thanks guys! may mga clothing brands kasi ko na gusto ko bilhin online kasi yung mga nandito sa manila medyo outdated na or di kaya di masyadong magagandang designs.. that's why i wanted to try ordering online para mas marami akong choices..

well i always see this on home shopping tv channel and Im curious. Its priced at almost 3thousand, the number is 3615555.

They are claiming that the result of using their product can be clearly seen after only 48 hours. Has anyone used this? I just want to know how effective this is before shelling out money.

I've shopped on Amazon several times, using my credit card. Have had no problems at all...absolutely no mysterious charges popping up in my billing. Very safe.

I though Youth Dew is just a perfume? Never heard of the products before for anti-pimples.48 Hrs? I think it only works if you dont have pimples yet just to avoid having pimples(ANTI-pimple). But basically pimples(acne) are genetics.

yeah. yung mga hindi nakikita sa store, like some textbooks na kailangan orderin pa. if not punta na lang ako sa store, wala pang shipping & handling. and i pay some of my bills online, too. kakatakot lang yung identity theft. but then kahit naman sa mail box pwede kang ma-identity theft eh.

ako nabili ko insulin carrier...$27 lang sya pero ang tax ko and others pa umabot ng $26 so medyo magka price na sila nung item na binili ko. Ok naman pag order ko nag reflect sa credit card ko yung exact price na quoted nila.In 2 weeks lang nasa hse ko na e.

~ towerrecords.com (sp greatest hits dvd) - the shipping fee was a killer $10.00 for 1 dvd :eek:
~ slave labor graphics (comics) - shipping fee was so-so. not so expensive
~ yesasia.com (dvd's) - i got free shipping for purchasing 4 dvd's :D
