well for me letran is showing good moves. they are starting to become a threat to other senior and more experience pep squads in the league..

Mapua and Letran.

These 2 squads have been improving so much in the past couple of years. In terms of stunts and difficulty, definitely, these 2 squads are the top 2 in the NCAA.

letran is the best. good variation of stunts and high degree of difficulty. keeps on improving in every performance.

I beg to disagree on this one, since the time CSB joined the NCAA. A lot of the pep squads performed almost the same routines, not to mention, drumbeats and yells. But I'm not about to tell you that the Green Peppers were the trend-setters, we're more on enlightening the other squads on their potentials as better performers. The way I see it, the Cheerping Cardinals are leading the way in creating more stunts and routines that are almost at par with UP and UST. And they changed into a formidable squad 3 seasons ago. The only possible trend-setter is the wardrobe. :D

so far heres my pick for the best pep squads

4. CSB Green Peppers- They kinda lost momentum over the years but during the first few years of their inclusion in NCAA they were the talk of the town with their amazing pep. Now that NCAA squads are moving towards cheerdancing, the Green Pepper's traditional cheers are more often than not overlooked but i really believe they are still a formidable team.

3. Letran Pep- They have come a long way. Letran still tend to stick to the traditional sometimes and there is nothing wrong with that. Their cheerdance numbers are amazing and they are executing stunts gracefully. Probably the best pep squad uniforms in the league too. They can definitely give Mapua a run for their money!.

2. SSC-R Recoletos Pep - With Mapua's former coach spearheading this school's revolution in cheerleading, the Recoletos pep have been taunted as a Mapua copycat however, everyone must realize that tosses and pyramids and sometimes choreography are most of the time "shared" amongst pep squads in a league. The thing that this pep squad has is their fluidity in transitions and the way they execute their stunts. This pep also have one of the best formations in each of their performances. Bravo Baste indeed.

1. Mapua Cheering Cardinals - Ofcourse, the one that started it all for NCAA pep. Although they have been lacking some slack lately, the Cheering Cardinals are never to be underestimated. Although their uniforms are left to be desired, Mapua has redefined what a pep squad is in the NCAA. They are definitely the trend setter in the league. Their near dangerous stunts and their greatly executed choreography defintely inspires a lot of the NCAA teams to better themselves hence the rise of Letran and San Sebastian's pep squads. Their international stint in recently concluded Busan games just proves the validity of their title as the "best" pep squad in the league.

hey u guys, pwede tigilan nyo na yung issue sa benilde na kumopya ng pose sa archers. ***** nga kse they belong sa isang system *** ganun. matagal nang issue yan dito. and another thing d nila pwede itutok yun sa ibang tao lalu na sa ibang teams kse nagkaroon ng general meeting yung mga cheerleaders before mgopening and napagkasunduan na walang magaganap na bastusan sa loob ng court lalu na sa mga kapwa cheerleaders. inadvisan *** na kung ganun yung pose nila wag na lang nila itutok sa kabilang team. so sana maliwanagan kyo about sa issue na ito.
to sebastian01 thanks sa comment. dont worry sa lahat ng supporters ng mapua cheerping cardinals, d po namin kyo bibiguin sa upcoming cheering competition. gagawin po namin ang best namin. syempre nakasalalay po ang lahat sa judges so sana magagaling na judges yung kunin nila para naman diba may credibilidad yung competition. so to all competing teams GUD LUCK GUYS!!! for me mapua ang malupit tlaga... once napanood ko sila sa alabang town center na cheering competition lalaki ang tinotoss nial, lalaking nakadamit pang babae na mahaba ang buhok! astig ****, pti na rin ang performance kakaiba... magaling tlaga!!

Dahil bawal nga manutok ng pana sa kalaban (read up on NCAA committee rules and regulations regarding half-time performances). Blazing fire stance ang tawag diyan at siyempre, dahil sister schools, we adopted the same stance of the archer to signify our unity and solidarity as part of the lasalle system! Hirap talaga pag inutil kausap mo! :evil_lol:

kahit mapalitan pa ng malayan yan, da best pa rin in terms of cheerleading. very well executed stunts and tosses, superb routines and great energy.
