I'm an incoming senior choosing to trek on the career of Computer Science or Technology.
Does the Ateneo College provide good Computer Courses? What kinds of Computer Courses are available? Are they that good?
Other than Ateneo, what are good schools for computers that provide a good curriculum?

Which is the most practical in the genre of computer courses? Which is like the combination of business and computers?
Sorry, not that learned about the college courses and everything. I am still confused of which course im taking... haay.
Thanks by the way for your replies. :)

Both MIS and Mgt ComTech combine computer and business courses.
If you want a more software orientation or pure CS, then take up CS.
If you want a more theoretical perspective, then take up Comp. Eng., Physics/ACS or Chemistry/ACS.
If you want a more theoretical and hardware orientation, ECE would be a good choice for you.

Which of these would be the best in terms of the success by the people who studied any of the courses above?
I like business with a combination of both software and hardware orientation. Which is best?
I'm confused at all these courses kasi.. hehehe

In terms of your stated preference, I would recommend MIS or Mgt ComTech. MIS is being handled by the Department of Computer Science and Info Systems, which is under the School of Sicence and Engineering. Mgt. ComTech is being handled by the School of Management. Take your pick.

Scout DLSU's Comsci.
I wouldn't need to plug nor argue about DLSU CCS once you see it for yourself. It wouldn't really hurt if you would take the DLSUCET, and take the pre-confirmation orientation so you could take a tour of the campus and have a briefing.
Then you be the judge.

I've seen most of you are recommending MIS. Does the MIS course produce good job offerings after gradation?
Thanks.
