You can also check out the Master of Science in Industrial Relations Management (http://www.dlsu.edu.ph/academics/continuing/cbe/ms_irm.asp) (MS-IRM) offered by DLSU-Manila. :)

I think the MS Psychlogy of UP can also suffice the needs.

I think a Master's in Organizational Development would be good for you.

In which industry or sector do you work and do you still intend to practice in this sector post-masters?

Thanks for the suggestions! I work in the IT industry. That has been my experience. Right now I do executive searching but eventuallywould like to go full time in a human resources department. I am also concerned about location. I live and work in the ortigas area so I need suggestions on what is the best school to go to.

I've heard from some sources that UMich - Ann Arbor is generously awarding fellowships for their PhD program in organizational development. However, as it is w/ most doctoral programs, decent grades and academic endorsements from faculty will be required.

Oks din ang organizational development. Specific sya. You can be an hr specialist if you were to take that course. I’ve been in the HR industry for more than 10 years now, and building your career path in the field of human resources depends on what facet of HR you would like to concentrate on (just to give you a background, HR has 4 functions: recruitment, training and development, employee relations and compensation. Organizational development on the other hand, deals with changes that may occur in the organization. It also deals with culture, behavior and organizational dynamics. Hence, it is a specific branch of HR). You can either be an HR generalist (you are an expert on the 4 functions), or a specialist (which deals with a specific HR function such as training, compensation, od, etc). Each school offers a different HR curriculum. I suggest that you do a little research on each school if you have the time.
The PMAP or Personnel Management Association of the Philippines, a professional organization of HR practitioners, offers some courses on human resources that you might be interested at. Each module/course is being handled by an experienced HR practitioner, carefully chosen and considered as one among the top HR practitioners in the country. However, I think they have set some requirements before you can be admitted, such as whether your organization is a member of the PMAP, etc, might I suggest that you visit their website for further information (www.pmap.org.ph).
I might not be able to recommend a specific school for you as of now, depende pa rin naman sa iyo ang lahat. How would you like to see yourself in the HR field ten years from now? In this industry, what contribution would I think, would I be able to give? Maybe if you could reflect on these, then you would be able to know the next few steps that you would like to take. Good luck.
ps: Given the time, maybe I could send you the basic HR courses, which I think would give you a better background on the field of human resources. I hope it would help you decide on which path to take (and kung saan school). God Bless.
