Bakit hindi natin i-encourage yung mga school orgs natin na
mag-conduct ng mock election, kahit sa pagka-presidente/bise
presidente lamang? Makakatulong itong ipa-alam sa
sambayanan ang kursunada ng kabataan.

Sa ADMU, may mock elections din.

If I'm not mistaken, Roco got the highest number of votes. Followed by GMA and Lacson.

For vice-presidentiables, Legarda was ahead of De Castro.

teka, i'm still with UST. why is it na hindi ako naka-boto? i know may mock elections pero bakit parang wala lang. :D

UST has 30,000+ students, eh bakit ang turn out napakababa? kung student council ang nag-initiate niyan, napaka ineffective nila sa info. dis.

GMA and Noli won sa UST, di ko lang alam sa senatoriables pero ang natatandaan ko, pasok si Perfecto Yasay, Miriam Santiago, **** Gordon, Mar Roxas...*** iba di ko na alam. nakita ko lang yan nakapost sa loob ng faculty room while i was waiting for my prof.

GMA and Loren won sa Cetro Escolar University...nakita ko lang un when i attende their traditional Sampaguita Interlude.

ThomaS,

Actually the mock election in UST was sponsored by the UST Voters' Initiative. The only part of the local student councils was to make the students in their respective college or faculty vote. In my case, i was only informed by our SC's president about the mock election a day before the event. He told me to just inform my classmates about it. If i was not informed, i would still know about it because it was held in our building's lobby.

its good to see povs of different schools on who to vote & probably even, why.

the sad part is, more than half of the voters didn't even reach college (or atleast their thinking level).

Actually, never nanalo si FPJ. I think that was irresponsible journalism on the part of the Varsitarian. Sa UP Econ, GMA won, 2nd c Roco while in CSSP, Roco won. That is what i know. i already wrote a letter to the philippine collegian about this.
