The UP College of Medicine does have such a program. The PhD tracks that you could choose from are the following: Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Medical Microbiology and Medical Parasitology.

are you asking for a school where you can obtain an MD and a PhD at the same time? UP-CM ata merong MD-PhD program. sa USA, madaming universities na nag-ooffer ng MD-PhD programs. ano ba gusto mong i-specialize? :)
