ive been wanting to buy eyephorics prescription frame, but at around 6000 bucks, parang super expensive. tpos the airwear lenses cost 3500 pa. is it worth it?

which shop sells the airware for 3,500? that's expensive! it's less than 3,000 at George Optical...and i'd rather get a silhouette rather than the eyephorics...at least silhouette is titanium while eyephorics is plastic...

Sarabia optical virra mall, that's their quotation for me ksi mataas grado ng mata ko. more or less its 2500 to 3500. depende sa grado.
eyephorics is swiss made, only 2.5 grams in weight. my cousins use this frame. sbi naman nila its super worth it.

Dati problema ko rin iyan - madali kasi akong makasira ng frames kaya *** puro mahal *** ginagamit ko. The problem was, I spent at least Php10,000 a year on eyeglasses alone. I didn't think it was worth it ...
... my suggestion? Undergo LASIK ... iyong ang worth it. I don't have to wear glasses anymore - I have perfect vision. :)

So which looks better, is affordable, and most comfortable to wear, Eyephorics or Silhouette???

i'd go for silhouette...there's the common titanium model and there's the latest plastic models...

Latest plastic model like that of eyephorics?
So, what's the diff between the two? Which is most comfortable to wear? durable? affordable, like how much do these cost?

silhouette cost from 6,000 - 8,000...the new ones that look like jelly/plastic cost near the 8,000 mark...but it's worth it...eyephorics are good also but it's totally plastic...cito beltran and edu manzano both wear eyephorics...
my only complaint about it is that it's so light that whenever i sweat and my face becomes oily it falls off! :)
take note that when you buy these frames, you must get ultra thin enses to maximize the vanity, which is the lightness, of the frame...

you don't need to buy overpriced branded frames like eyephorics ... there are lots of frames coming from china, hongkong, and korea with the same material as eyephorics and its cost is way below eyephorics ... the material is memory plastic ... i should know coz i supply frames to the optical shops :D
