there are a lot of factors to consider someone being abnormal....there are criterias and characteristics to be abnormal based on DSM-IV....also what is normal to one culture maybe abnormal to others...also, consider the age of the person...Also, it is very important to keep in mind that terms used to describe abnormal behavior do not describe people, they only describe patterns of behavior.....be very careful labeling a person with a disorder...

puede rin bang "in PEx"?
abnormal is considered normal if you have many alternicks (way too many to mention) and all of them have already gotten banned, and normal is considered abnormal if you have a new alternick and it's going to get banned soon.
makes sense, 'di ba?

i agree with cesar 17..it's hard to determine if the behavior of a certain individual is abnormal or not..u really have to consider several factors..such as the culture, personality and background of the individual..it really depends on the situation..and u can never tell just by looking at him/her..what's normal to him/her might seem abnormal to you and vice-versa..a certain professor of mine once told me that it's hard to determine a certain disorder because it has several symptoms..some symptoms are somewhat natural..or should i say..can be seen from other people who seem normal..she told us that we should be really careful on labeling other people..especially if we would pursue clinical psychology becasue it could break a person..
and one thing that i've noticed..some people use psych terms in labeling other people..in which i find very unfair or inappropriate..like labeling a certain individual as schizophrenic or smeone who has obsessive compulsive disorder (OC) when they aren't..it's unfair because they freely use these terms..and they should be more careful..because u can never tell..some people might take it seriously if others call them schizo or oc (oc-oc)..just wanted to share my sentiments regarding this.
