yup...all i know is he's 20, he's 6'2 tall, he's a UAAP basketball player, he's in 'it might be you' and his manager is arnold vegafria.

Well if i remember right b4 i saw him on some modelling stints here coz hes tall but i thnk maputi sya noon, hindi na medyo ngayon anyways good luck kay marco!

Kung maalagaan ng tama, tiyak na may magandang patutunguhan ang
career ng baguhang si Marco Alcaraz. Kung pagbabasehan ang
performance niya bilang Axel sa It Might Be You, pwedeng sabihin na
may potensyal ang batang ito. Kung titingnan mo, mukhang may acting
experience na si Marco pero ang totoo ay wala.

"Wala po talaga," sabi ni Marco. "Noon, ang gusto ko lang ay maglaro
ng basketball at pag may offer, tumatanggap ako ng modeling jobs.
Pero sa acting, bago lang po ako."

Ipinatawag pala si Marco ng manager niyang si Arnold Vegafria para
mag-try-out sa audition ng ABS-CBN para sa role na Axel. After ilang
days, nalaman na lang niya na he got the role. Agad siyang isinalang
sa acting workshop under acting workshop expert Beverly Vergel.

"Nakatulong ng malaki 'yung workshop kasi bago nag-taping, familiar
na ako sa role ko. Plus the support I'm getting from the main stars
and kina Direk Gilbert (Perez) and Direk Don (Cuaresma)."

Marco is turning 21 in July. He is 6'2" tall and a member of San
Sebastian College basketball team na naglalaro sa National College
Athletics Association (NCAA). Kung hindi pa na-injure, malamang daw
na wala siya sa showbiz at naglalaro pa rin ng basketball.

"I had to stop playing and rest dahil sa injury. Habang nagpapagaling
ako, dumating naman ang offer ng ABS-CBN. Swerte ko na rin.

Marami na raw fans sina John Lloyd Cruz at Bea Alonzo na nagagalit sa
kanya dahil sa kanyang role. Madalas kasi niyang i-bully si Bea sa
nasabing teleserye. May twist daw ang role niya in the coming
episodes na tiyak na mamahalin siya ng tao. * * *

Sa It Might Be You din makikilala ang isa pang baguhang artista, si Marco Alcaraz, isang ramp and commercial model na nag-audition for the series. Tulad din ni Maja Salvador, maganda ang role niya bilang ka-love triangle nina Bea Alonzo at John Lloyd Cruz. Hindi naman siya alangan na makalaban ni John Lloyd para kay Bea dahil gwapo naman siya at mataas, 6’2". Twenty years old na siya at nasa ikaapat na taon ng pag-aaral ng Business Management sa San Sebastian College. Naglaro siya ng basketball sa NCAA. Nagpaalam pa muna siya sa kanyang parents bago siya nag-audition sa ABS CBN.

Anim na magkakapatid sina Marco at panganay siya pero siya lamang ang nag-artista. Kapwa nasa insurance ang kanyang mga parents.

Nakapag-workshop na siya under Beverly Vergel.

Ang It Might Be You ay nasa direksyon ni Gilbert Perez at Don Cuaresma. Si Ricky Lee ang creative manager at headwriter. Si Olivia Lamasan ang creative director.
