Where to buy flowers?

Where do you usually go to buy nice, but affordable flowers? I used to go to flowers shops located in the malls but their flowers are priced more than they are worth.

Doon sa may Dangwa bus station near the UST area.... cheapest talaga kasi doon kumukuha ng flowers yung mga flower shops. If you can arrange your own bouquet, great. Last year a dozen roses cost me 60 bucks. =) Di ko na alam kung magkano na ngayon. =)

Well, I'm not really good with directions pero subok lang ah...Dangwa, from what I know lang, is the name of a bus liner which has a station in front of UST. Beside the station ay yung street kung saan binababa ang flowers, which I think is Dimasalang (not sure ah). If someone here knows the exact name of the street, paki-correct na lang ako :)

last feb 13, midnight, i went with my guy friends to dangwa (located in a street crossing dimasalang and laong-laan), di kasi nila alam papunta dun, and pareho silang bibili ng flowers for their GF. grabe, nagtahan pa lang, traffic na! sobrang daming tao! mostly men hehe :D anyways, dun nga ang best na bilhan ng flowers. roses cost from 100 a dozen to 80 pesos per stem, holland roses na yata yung 80 pesos.

Dangwa is what you call the flower district (kasi katabi sya ng Dangwa Bus Station, kaya siya natawag na Dangwa). You can find it along Dimasalang St.

You can get a great looking rose bouquet for less than Php1000. I think you can even get it for Php600 or less - depends on the size of the flowers and the type of arrangement.

600 is even too much. A dozen of roses would only cost you P80-100. A spring flower arrangement/bouquet would set you back P500. The same bouquet in Holland Blooms cost P1500. That should give you an idea on how cheap it is.

Ako nung nasa Pnas pa ako eh suki ako ng Flowers by Sylvia sa Alabang. Sa totoo lang although mura **** bumili sa Dimasalang ng bulaklak, I really couldn't be bothered, especially if I wanted it to be delivered straight away.

But what the other PEXers here had in mind are huge bouquets - *** mga tipong binibigay sa mga artista kapag ma guesting sa shows. Ganun kalaki.

WHERE IN THE METRO CAN U GET EASTER LILLIES AT p50 FOR 3PCS?.....I USED TO TRAVEL FAR UP NORTH JUST TO GET MY FRESH FLOWERS IN DANGWA.
I THINK THEY (BMB (BLOOM MIKEL BLOOM)) GET THEIR SUPPLIES DIRECTLY FROM A FLOWER FARM IN DAVAO, THE'VE THE BEST GERBERAS, BROMELIADS AND MALAYSIAN MUMS TOO,
SAD AT WALA PA SILANG ECUADORIAN ROSES THOUGH.

Dimasalang is a street going to Blumentritt. Bale naka-intersect siya sa Laon-Laan and Gov. Forbes... pag galing kang nagtahan, after UST yun. Your landmark will be the Dangwa Tranco. Bus station (akay siya tinawag na Dangwa)

go to dangwa every thursday kasi that's the time na nagbabagsakan ng bagong bulaklak. makakabili kayo ng 1 dozen of roses for as low as Php 20.00
