hindo ako makapag browse sa c drive *** control panel la ding desktop admin naman ako hindi makaconnect ang winmx ko *** daw open ports.. hindi rin makapgrightclick parang lahat d pwedehelp me naman guys..

this is to protect our computers from hackers/pikers and jolog

my system is locked for security porpuses and my customers safety from keyloggers and jologs....

From that description, I'd say the admin is "smart" more than "stupid". :D

what good tools (asides regedit) to lock down a cybercafe workstation.. and asides those cybercafe console apps... i.e. cybercafe pro *eew*

It appears they were disabled on purpose. Good move, imo. If you are indeed the admin, you should already have the tools to modify the current settings.
