how do i make my elbow (skin) smoother? What should i apply? Lotion?

Hi,

During shower or bath time, use a loofah or bath lily to exfoliate and remove the dead skin cells from your elbows. If you have sensitive skin, exfoliate only every other day. Always put lotion during mornings and before going to sleep at night. You can also try putting on petroleum jelly, hand cream or heavy lotion at night and wrap your elbows with plastic wrap (the ones for food) so that your skin can absorb the moisturizing properties of the petroleum jelly or lotion.

Also, try to avoid putting your elbows on your table/desk, etc. and putting wieght on them kasi tendency ng elbows mo is magasgas from the weight and friction.
