Could someone point me to a good website that has this outlined step by step? I'm afraid I didn't have the time to look at the paper on this and I need a quick guide on how to do this.

Most search links are basic definitions or too-specific applications. Try searching for topics related to measuring goodness of fit tests. Or better yet, consult Walpole's Probabilityand Statistics for Engineers and Scientists. It's all there.

Hm.. it's too bad I hardly have any time to check out this book till my next exam. I will though. I've gotten the fundamental idea behind goodness of fit however (just apply it to when the expected outcome is different from actual outcome in a series of combinations of different, stand-alone traits). We're using chi-square analysis to determine genotype/phenotypes in a given population :)

If you want to use search engines, I suggest Google. Tapos type mo lang "chi square" at marami ka nang pagpipilian. Piliin mo mga school sites o sites ng mga professor.
