I work in eastwood. Work is generally hectic for me. However, I would like to pursue my master's degree in june next year. Please suggest good schools that are easily accessible from my work area. Would you recommend the following?:
1. UA&P
2. La Salle Greenhills

If your job is eating so much of your time then don't go back to school yet. Schooling can wait, it’s just there all the time; job could not. Master's program could be quite demanding too. This is, at least, true in UP. I'm not sure though in other schools. But between your two given options, UA&P appeals more to me.
Good luck!

if you're interested with economics, the UP School of Econ is the most ideal place for you.... it offers internationally recognized graduate courses in economics.... the graduate school offers MA in Econ for those who finished BS Econ.... and the Masters in Development Economics for the non-econ majors..
well, if you want MBA... the UP College of Business Administration offers one of the best MBA programs is the country.

I believe it's the best in the country.
the hardest to get in (I have heard it's easier to get into AIM)
the best alumni network
the best graduates (has already produced billionaires, senators, congressmen, top academicians, harvard topnotchers in Phd programs)
the best students
the best facilities (has spent 50 million for the college's facelift)

Or, you may want to try Master's in Technology Management in UP Diliman. I've heard that this is a good alternative for those who want to take up MBA with solid industry applications.
Here's their website: www.tmc.upd.edu.ph/
Good Luck!

competition for slots is very stiff.
getting into the program is not a very easy task much more if ur already in it.

I really dont want to take a masters degree, I think its just a waste of time. I want to take another course, that would be more practical for me. :)

If you wish to specialize in new media and media criticism, you may want to inquire about the MA in Communication program of De La Salle University. Core Courses include Media Histories and Institutions, Political Economy of Communication, Media Ethics, Communication, Technology and Culture, and Media Criticism. You may also choose electives ranging from digital journalism to hyper narratives.
