The Varsitarian, the 75-year-old official student publication of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, the Catholic University of the Philippines, announces the fifth installment of INKBLOTS 2003: The Fifth National Campus Journalism Fellowship.
The fellowship, to be held October 23 to 25 at the UST Beato Angelico Building, is open to student writers, campus press advisers, high school journalism instructors, student and school officials wanting to put up their own papers, and everyone interested in improving campus journalism.

The three day national fellowship will consist of seminars in News writing, Sports writing, Investigative Reporting, Features Writing, Culture and Lifestyle writing), and Filipino Literature.
There will also be parallel lectures in Column writing, Cartooning, Photojournalism, Creative non-fiction, and Broadcast Journalism.
Likewise, a plenary session in Journalism Ethics and Campus Paper Management as well as a panel discussion on the topic, Responsible Journalism as a Tool for Social Change are included in the event.
