The DLSU MS Marketing program is a good choice for post-grads who want to study Marketing without going through MBA. Ther are two options, you can choose the full course and graduate with an MS degree (this involves a thesis) or just take the academic subjects and obtain a certificate which is the equivalent of a second undergrad degree.
You get some of the best professors there: Felix Lao, Nards Garcia, Josiah Go, etc.

Or you could check for yourself the Standard or Honors program in Management at the ADMU John Gokongwei School of Management. You do not only get the academic units in entrepreneurship and marketing analysis--you will be trained to integrate them with other functional disciplines.
If you're interested, send me a private message and I'll give you the email addresses of the program directors for these two Management programs. These program directors also teach Marketing to juniors.

I'm from UP and if you're smart, you won't go there. Just look how poorly they market themselves here in PEX.

If you want to be educated by the best professors and practitioners in the marketing industry, then DLSU-Manila is the right school for you. Along with having the best marketing curriculum, they also have one of the best faculty line-up in the country (the Who's Who? in field of mktg). Among them are:
Dr. Leonardo Garcia - current President, Philippine Marketing Association (PMA), Advertising Manager at J Walter Thompson and other ad agencies.
Dr. Felix Lao - marketing guru and author of several marketing books by ANVIL like Marketing Cases.
Dr. Jaime Ong - Stanford University MS and PhD degree holder in Communications; formerly served in the Top Management of San Miguel Corporation
Josiah Go - Philippine marketing guru
Lucas Santiago - President, Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP)
Luz Suplico - past President, Philippine Association of Marketing Educators (AME)
Are you referring to an undergrad or a graduate degree? La Salle and UP's programs in Marketing are generally perceived to be the best in the country.
Likewise, Lasallians who get a diploma or an MS degree in Marketing are exempted from taking several examinations to avail themselves of the Certified Professional Marketer (CPM) - Asia Pacific Region license given by the Asia Pacific Marketing Federation (APMF) whose countries include: Singapore, Thailand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, New Zealand, Taiwan, and 8 other countries. They only need to sit in two exams (I think). La Salle boasts of having the most number of CPMs among the universities in the Philippines. DLSU- Manila's Marketing Communications Office (MCO) is also an Anvil Hall of Fame Awardee after bagging several trophies in the field of Public Relations.
UST also offers a Master of Commerce major in Marketing degree. You could try comparing both programs.

And yes, before I forget, if you're not limiting your options to Philippine schools, you might want to check out the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Arguably, they've got the best faculty in marketing, including Dr. Philip Kotler.
You may visit their website at www.kellogg.northwestern.edu
Just a tip though, marketing isn't something you just equate with advertising or promotions. When checking out various curricula, make sure the program emphasizes the quantitative aspect of marketing too, i.e., statistics and marketing research.
