Question, anyone here knows if he or his relatives hail from Batangas?

he was involved in an x-rated scandal a few years ago with jojo veloso.he left the country dahil sa eskandalong yun.he denied it on nationwide tv but the evidence proved to be true.kaya hayun,nag-hide and hibernate sa states.bumalik sya believing na nakalimutan na ng lahat ang eskandalong yun.he's wrong.batik na yun sa pagkatao nya forever.

This happened when Hans was a teenager. It was supposed to be a standard VTR for a commercial, and Jojo Veloso was doing the interview. The footage showed him opening Hans' zipper and fondling his penis.

i just learned that hans worked for abc-5 as head of the network's human resources department. he's said to recruit only guys who have made a name for themselves in broadcasting and advertising...to help in boosting the network's ratings.

a few years ago, a former broadcast executive suggested that i submit a resume to abc with the hope of moving to television...tatlo-tatlong resumes ang pinadala ko doon pero di ako pinansin.

the next thing i knew...some abc shows were cancelled...at pinaalis ng management ang ilang officials and employees..particularly from the news and current affairs and production departments.

a former abc executive had admitted to me that di umubra ang pamimirata nila ng mga employees kasi nga di nag-rate ang kanilang mga programa.

kung bakit lumipat si hans sa call center...better ask him.

^^ Some of your comments are true while some are a bit off the mark. The big names we recruited from ABS-CBN, namely Ed Lingao, Jim Libiran, Anne Torres and Jade Lopez (all from The Correspondents), were approached late 2003. I was Director of HR from Feb 2004 to September 2006. I cannot take credit for recruiting them.

During my tenure, we went on a freeze hire, which may explain why you never got a call or email after submitting your resume. We also did not have the kind of capital to offer competitive salaries compared to the other 2 networks.

Yes, some news and public affairs shows were cancelled and some people were let go because there was no revenue to pay salaries but they were all talents. No regular employee was removed. And this all happened after I had already moved to Convergys.

As for your statement na di-umuubra ang pamimirata namin, other than the 4 ABS people I mentioned above, the only other major acquisition we had was Mr .August Benitez who we hired as a marketing director but he moved to ABS a little after a year of joining ABC. Our shows were not rating but we didn't really pirate too many people either. On the programing side, this network was severely mismanaged.

I moved to Convergys because I saw no career growth in ABC. Since I was directly exposed to the people that made the major decisions for the company, I had a firsthand look and I realized that the network's future was bleak. I wasn't about to wait for this "ship to sink" before looking for better opportunities. Looking at them now, I feel bad for them, but I am glad I got out.

Sorry, I didn't take Management, I took BS Psychology. Not sure what Ron and Paolo's courses were but yes, we were all batchmates in high school and graduated college in 1996.

Why don't you send me a proposal and I will make sure it gets to our Facilities Dept who handles these things. For your info, we have sites in Commonwealth, Ortigas, Makati, and Alabang. So I would advise you to pick a site that is nearer your commissary or base of operations.

I have been a PEXer since 2004. I signed on back then because I was an anchor for the PBA and I found a lot of useful info on PEX that I could use when I was anchoring the PBA games.

Unfortunately a lot of PBA fans who are in PEX were not too happy with the way I was anchoring and boy did they let me know about it. Ok lang cuz it was a real eye-opener for me.

I'm usually in the UAAP forums cuz I'm a diehard Ateneo fan. Once in a while, I am also in the automotive forum as well as the Pinoy Business forums. About a week ago, someone sent me an IM telling me there was a thread about me in PEX so I looked around and found this.

Kinda surprised to tell you honestly. Am no longer in showbiz so I hardly merit any attention anymore. Not that I felt I merited any in the first place. Nice to see many decent people here.

I'm still not convinced it is really you. Why respond to a question posted almost 4 years ago? Why resurrect the thread that contains certain information that a Hans Montenegro would most likely not want to be discussed again?

It is something I'd rather not discuss but if questions arise, I would rather answer them than have people continue to speculate or pretend to know the answers because only I can do so accurately. Dammit, it happened to me so who better to clarify things?

When I appeared on S-files with Paolo Bediones back in April 2001, I admitted everything in order to clear things up. In doing so, I was able to let it go and re-enter showbiz with a clear head.

I will never be able to prevent people from bringing it up but I will be able to control how I react to it. Personally, I find it pathetic that people are still fixated on what happened but it's beyond my control what people choose to fill their minds with.

Lastly, I'm not interested in trying to prove my identity. I will answers queries about my life because it is MY LIFE people are talking about. Whether people choose to believe me or not is their choice. Trust me, I will not lose any sleep over the possibility that you don't believe me. I'm not exactly gonna jump through hoops to prove anything to anyone because I have nothing to prove. I've done what I need to do....for me.

I'm glad to see other people have asked me job related questions in this thread which I am happy to answer.

i am particularly interested in working in your legal department (if you have one or if not then in HR/ employee relations)...

We only have one internal legal counsel, and then we have a law firm on retainer for cases we can't handle internally. I would not suggest applying for a legal position. HR has more vacancies.

^^ Interesting question. I do not have one single movie credit. My only mainstream acting experience was 2 seasons of Habang Kapiling Ka which was a GMA soap opera from 2002-2003. Other than that, I am mainly a host.

Anyway, pareho lang kayong lucky. Ganda siguro ng magiging chikiting nyo :naughty: IMHO, she's a lot more beautiful than Miriam. Good choice huh. *okay*

It is something I'd rather not discuss but if questions arise, I would rather answer them than have people continue to speculate or pretend to know the answers because only I can do so accurately. Dammit, it happened to me so who better to clarify things?

When I appeared on S-files with Paolo Bediones back in April 2001, I admitted everything in order to clear things up. In doing so, I was able to let it go and re-enter showbiz with a clear head.

I will never be able to prevent people from bringing it up but I will be able to control how I react to it. Personally, I find it pathetic that people are still fixated on what happened but it's beyond my control what people choose to fill their minds with.

Lastly, I'm not interested in trying to prove my identity. I will answers queries about my life because it is MY LIFE people are talking about. Whether people choose to believe me or not is their choice. Trust me, I will not lose any sleep over the possibility that you don't believe me. I'm not exactly gonna jump through hoops to prove anything to anyone because I have nothing to prove. I've done what I need to do....for me.

I'm glad to see other people have asked me job related questions in this thread which I am happy to answer.

Ang ganda pala nang asawa mo chong! Ngayon ko lang nakita. Nakita ko din minsan na na feature ata yung wedding nyo sa rated K, yung ginanap sa Mactan Shangri- La ata yun.

Mabait yan si Hans, I should know kasi katrabaho ko yan e *wink*. Kala ko nga nung una maangas/ mayabang e, alam mo na kasi artista, pero pag palagi mo na syang kausap, e ok naman pala sya.
