I have made a number of discoveries about myself this year, some good and the others, unfortunately, bad. But I am out to correct some of my flaws, and work around those which I feel, are just too innate for me to overcome.

I am mostly referring to myself as a career person. I have always wanted to be an enterpreneur, and now that I am one now, I realized that I am lacking a number of the aspects which make for a truly good one.

This coming year is a year of transformation for me. Equipped with this newfound understanding of myself, I am excited to face the challenges ahead.

Oh, and it is my year, the year of the Dragon.
