waterproof and smudge proof concealerand body makeup:where to find?

i really need to know a concealer that wont fade in water and wont easily fade when you try to rub it. a smudge proof concealer to be used for covering skin discolorations in the legs , arms and all?

also where can i find a body makeup? do u have any suggestions or products u are using?
