Shopping and No Sales Tax

Do you know of any place? Which State? Which county? Which Mall?

At the Mall of America in MN, there is no sales tax on clothes!

Same goes for NewPark Mall in NJ. and the whole state of PA.

in Vancouver Canada, if u buy stuff for kids, walang sales tax

Here, in Cali, I haven't noticed anything that's not taxed.

In IL., magazines and newspapers are not taxed.

Speaking of Canada.... what's with the G.S.T? hehe.. It's doubling the sales tax. Although, stores have the luxury to exclude G.S.T. to products such as leather, etc.. (luxury items); but you still have the sales tax though.. weird...

GST is for goods and services tax yata or government sales tax..

That is true. Delaware is such a small state (does anyone even live there??just kidding) and instead of taxing people for clothes and what not, they have cops at every corner to give you tickets!! :D

i went on vacation to seattle, wash. bwisit! :ayaw: 8.8% ang sales tax. tapos tataasan pa to 9.1% yata in the months to come. :rolleyes: nakabawi lang ako sa portland, oregon.
