do you have any info about this bull?
why am i mad...howell let me tell you...there was this Mr Anton Chua called at my office and offering me this Connoisseur Club Of Manila Discount Card. I asked them where did they get my info, he said, one of the Citibank Officers recommended my name because i was a promt payer daw. I asked him how much is the amount for the membership, he said its 1,850. I refused.
Then a week after, he called up to offer me again...but then again i refused.
Tapos ngayon, may dumating na package via Aboitiz Express Quick Pac. I signed the consignment note meaning i received the package. All of a sudden, i was shocked na nakabill na sa account ko *** amount !!! I called up Citibank about the incident, sabi ng officer, is that i call that company and reject the offer since naka-pending pa *** transaction. I called this damn company pero walang sumasagot.
What shall i do? What if ma-bill na nga ito sa card ko? May habol pa ba ako? My only mistake is napirmahan ko *** consignment note. Stupid me. Help naman pls...
This is a fraud i tell you....:mad:

try to consult with a lawyer. kahit yung kaibigan lang e libre mo nalang sa jolibee.
try to get into contact with the better business bueauro
or go to the department of trade and industry info desk and tell them about your situation.
but first call the citibank service line, have patience and block your transaction with your citibank phone banker ive heard numerouse shananigans with citibank so this is not uncommon. call their helpline be patient and talk it over with their personel be patient and understanding kasi sometimes you want to yell at them pero this will get you no-where. tell them the situation and why you would want to block payment.
i'll try to get the numbers for the dti scam hotline para ma i report natin sila :)

ako, i can volunteer to write the demand letter. magaling ako dyan. :teehee:
this will be a big blow to citibank din. (granted that one of its employees truly had something to do with this case)

thanks for the replies guys.
i already called this darn company and he asked to return the whole package and they will reverse the charges. The worst thing is ayaw ako papuntahin sa opis nila to personally return the package since sa loob din ng subdivision namen *** opis. It would be better to mail na lang since verbal lang ang agreement namen. Im kinda worried na baka pagsoli ko ng package eh ndi nila ireverse *** charges. Im asking for a notice na reversed na nga *** charges pero ayaw pa ren pumayag.

as of now, this is what i could think of if i were in your shoes:
1. write a letter to citibank disputing the unauthorized charges made by this "conn". be sure to fax this to citibank asap and also, send another copy to them via snail mail, with return receipt so you have proof that they received them.
2. at the same time, call the "conn" to have the charges reversed.
3. write "return to sender, did not order" on the "conn's" package and return it to them.
4. go to www.e-reklamo.net.ph to find out how you can get help.

i really dunno what to do...if ill return the package, ano pa kaya habol ko eh sa 26 na ang cut off ko sa Citibank.
adik_chik: thats the major problemo eh....pano na disclose *** info ko sa mga third party sellers....even other Credit Card companies are calling me up saying this and that....and they were referred to by a citibank officer....dammit, ill discontinue my membership sa Citibank if this is the case.

ganto gawin mo... don't call anyone. consult your parents and ask for the contact numbers of lawyers. i'm sure may mga kilala sila.
tapos wag na wag ka rin pupunta alone sa office nila. you must be accompanied by your lawyer or whoever legal confidant. mas okay ang ganun.
then PM me your contact number. ako gagawa ng demand letter. (unless gawin na ng lawyer mo)

the problem is my parents are not here...im living all by myself. Sabi ng isa kong friend eh ireturn ko *** package sa kanila via Fedex and i should ask for a Fedex Delivery Receipt...un ang gagamitin ko against sa kanila and Citibank in case ndi nila irereverse *** charges. The good thing is nakasama sa package *** charge slip...and wala nga talaga pirma *** Cardholder's Signature.....ayaw ko na.....waaaah.
