Like Marc Nelson (featured in Funfare a few issues ago), Jericho Rosales has a body to die for. Well, almost! I mean, make the two macho men wear boxer shorts and tight-fitting sleeveless shirt and casually walk into a crowded room and chances are Marc will attract attention more with his body and Jericho more with his boyish looks.

Jericho stands 5’10", weighs 160 lbs., wears medium-sized briefs and shirt, and size 10 shoes.

Like Marc, Jericho endorses products with his body such as i2i (together with Piolo Pascual and Phoemela Barranda) with his bedimpled, smiling face and Walker Underwear with his, well, "whole body."

After the Marc Nelson article came out, readers have been requesting Funfare to do a similar "body talk" with Jericho (who’s starring in Santa-Santita with Angelica Panganiban for Unitel Films, directed by Laurice Guillen; and in the hit ABS-CBN teleserye Sana’y Wala Nang Wakas). Here we go (with Jericho answering exactly the same questions as Marc did):

How did you get such a beautiful body?

"It’s my natural physique. Ganoon na talaga. But workout helps a lot."

Have you ever been fat?

"As a kid, I was. Not fat, medyo chubby lang."

What kind of diet do you follow?

"None. I eat anything."

How many glasses of water do you drink everyday?

"A lot! I take lots of liquid (water, juices and a little softdrink)."

What kind of workout do you do?

"Not so heavy. Workouts to tone and condition my body which I often do at home. At the gym, medyo mas matindi, especially workouts for chest and arms."

How much sleep do you get a day?

"Not much these days because I’m busy. But if possible, I have to get at least seven to eight hours."

How do you make up for it (lack of sleep)?

"I take power naps in the car and I eat a lot!"

What about nightlife?

"None. Almost zero. Sometimes I go to the movies. I’m not a disco-goer."

What vitamins and minerals do you take?

"Multi-vitamins, Vitamin C and zinc."

Do you apply anything on your face?

"No. Not even moisturizer. Only sunblock when I go to the beach."

What’s your outlook in life? Are you a worrier?

"No. I look at the bright side of life. Why worry? Bawal sa surfer ang worrier."

"My head and my back. When under stress, I get backaches."
