why stay?! numerous reasons...some of them are as ff:

1. need
2. i'm waiting for my other applications
3. who said i was staying?! eheheh \

oh yes dearie...working in a company doesn't equate to your undying loyalty to it... you might work for them...but it doesn't necessarily mean that you like what they do (i.e. company policies) and what they stand for...

yes, l2s has a contract bond during your probationary period, i.e 6 months. the bond is equal to a month's salary.

the number of working days depends on the client's needs. anyhow, your 6th day is considered as OT and will be paid accordingly. Ordinarily, it's only 5 working days.

kakarating ko lang galing sa link2support. well, 20 of us took the exams but 8 lang kaming pumasa. i also passed the final interview but grabe. ang liit pala ng salary. 10k lang. sus maryosep. taga paranaque pa ko so kung ganun ang salary sa transpo ko na lang mapupunta yung sweldo ko. oo, maganda nga yung training nila pero kung yiu are far from eastwood tapos ganun pa kaliit ang sweldo, no thanks na lang. i refused to sign the contract and i swear di na ko babalik dun.

huh....kahit baba sahod saya dito..pro it's one of the reason why dameng nagreresign dahil sa pay...

in fairness to L2S, training is one of the best there is, especially sa tech support. wag na lang natin pag-usapan yung american accent at crm. pero tech, wala pa ring tatalo.

ayos din ang bonding sa L2S...comedy din mga tao, para kang nanonood ng cartoons palagi..hehehhehe

advice sa mga gustong mag apply sa link2support. wag na kayo mag attempt. not worth your time and effort sa baba ng sweldo. dami pang call centers diyan na doble ang kayang mabigay na salary.

hindi ok kung sweldo ang paguusapan. well, lest be honest, kaya tayo nagwwork para kumita ng pera so kalokohan kung sasabihin mo na salary is not an issue. come on! magpakatotoo ka. unless mayaman na kayo and you only need experience.

Saya kaya sa Link2.

Oo nga kung wala ka talaga pera and you're not a techno geek you will not really enjoy Link2. Kung gusto mong ma-promote agad ng mabilisan eh lumipat ka na nga lang kasi matagal talaga ang promotion sa Link2 dahil maliit pa yung company and medyo mabagal mag-expand.

Link2 is the ONLY call center that has a lab where you can do hands on training with the latest wireless technology.

Masaya pa maging pasaway.

hehe...im gonna sign na for dpp next week. Kaso, liit ng sahod, 9000 lang ata. tApos may bond pa na 18,000. Makukuha after 1 year. That means ang take home pay ko na lang for a month is 8000, kasi babawasan pa nila:( Pano ba makakakuha dito ng medyo malaki-laking sahod dito. Para mabawi ko naman pamasahe ko. Huhuhu:rolleyes:

probable but i think Linksys going elsewhere for support is a bit far fetched...Victor Tsao will at least protect Link2Support. He did invest a couple of millions(US$), and he'd want to profit from that. If he doesn't, surely the GM will.

vincent fan is right, kung gusto mo magtrabaho sa iba magpakilala ka sa kanya at baka bigyan ka pa nya ng recommendation, L2s is not just any s2pid call center, we are learning a lot compared to other IT individuals, gumagawa ka pa ng eskandalo, if your that professional, talk to them straight...

kung di ka masaya, bakit ka pa pumirma ng kontrata, ganyan po ang reality dito, kung gusto mo ng mas mataas, eh di lumayas ka asap........ yang utak mo kasi polluted na.........

guys, in any company there are advantages and disadvantages. wherever company you are right now, you should do your best, you love your job. napaka hirap maghanap ng trabaho ngayon!! besides, link2 has everything you need when it comes to technology!!! good training...we are all updated with the new technology when it comes to networking equipments!!! kahit itanong mo sa mga nagresign na lumipat sa ibang call centers na technical pag sinabi mong galing ka sa link2 bilib agad sila...right? although the salary is not that good.....korak?

i came din from link2. i resigned last march. ok **** yung company ei ang problem nga talaga masyado marami work. 200 na nga calls waiting patay ka ba sa OT and sa WORD. pro kung technical training, panalo, la ka mapipintas, sarap hawakan ng mga devices...wireless lab, andun na lahat mac pa pc mo (sa lab)!!! hello nga *** sa mga team sting..miss ko na kyo lahat..

Ok sana dito kung ginawa nilang competetive yung starting salary and binawas-bawasan nila yung WoRD and forced OT.Ganda pa naman ng training nila pero sumablay sa policy ng company.Sayang kasi,madami na pioneer dito na nag-resign na malupit sa troubleshooting ang umalis kasi nga mas maganda offer sa labas.I must admit kung galing ka sa L2S,marketable ka sa labas pero mas maganda sana kung inaalagaan yung mga nakatagal na sa company na 'to.Tama din yung sinabi ni Tampa Boy,pag may nagawa ka na maliit na bagay,madalas eh pinapalaki nila di na nila nakikita yung mga positive na nagawa mo.Ika nga eh POLITIKA.Hilahan pababa.In short TALANGKA.

Training... Sobrang OK... paggaling ka dito, madali na makapasok sa ibang call center na tech or kahit hindi....

Sweldo... mapagtyatyagaan sa umpisa... kasi nga maganda ang training kaya worth it... pero pag matagal ka na at nalaman mo ang sweldo sa iba, maiingit ka talaga... pero kung matyaga ka... mag OT sa ka Work on Rest Day (WoRD) lalaki rin sweldo mo... yun nga lang, extra effort talaga...

Promotion... yun yung pinaka masamang experience ko sa L2S... halos lahat ng tao, alam pa Esca na ko... pero yung mga TL pinigilan, dahil sa attendance ko... ok fine, importante yon pero karapatan mo yon!!! saka para sa iyo naman talaga yon eh... ang pinaka masama pa... puros sablay ang nilalagay sa esca (bato bato sa langit ang tamaan mahiya!!!)... maraming mas magaling (isa na ko doon) pero ewan ko ba bakit ganon... tapos ang nagiging PP at nakapila sa Esca eh magagaling sa basketball at magaling makisama (porket ba di ako naglalaro non)... pero medyo sablay pa rin... I mean mas confident akong mas technikal ako sa kanila... ewan ko nga ba eh, ba't ganon??? palakasan talaga o POLITIKA nga kung tawagin... pero baka ako lang talaga ang mali... kung baga, sinisisi ko lang sila... pero yon talaga ang tingin ko...

Buti na lang galing ako sa L2S... kasi laking advantage sa bago kong call center... Thanks pa rin sa L2S at marami ko natutunan saka sa mga taong totoo!!!

at nde consistent *** workload dahil pag cnabing chat habang nag co-call ka..mag cha chat ka sa ayaw at sa gusto mu.. dahil 15 ang waiting sa chat at kelangan ubusin nyu un!!! (yan naman ay pag kelangang kelangan..im nt saying na laging ganito..nde araw araw pasko!!!)

they need people in sat and esca especially with the implementation of the new case handling process and the iso certification chuvels.. ;) ;) ;) ;)

Buti na lang galing ako sa L2S... kasi laking advantage sa bago kong call center... Thanks pa rin sa L2S at marami ko natutunan saka sa mga taong totoo!!!

you are right dude!!!

SAT team members do a lot of multi-tasking resposibilities with little amount of compensation. email, chat and call simultaneously? huh!!!! I can't imagine how I was able to managed and meet the SLA ( service level agreement ). So far in my stay with Link2support as a SAT team member, i was able to meet the f***in' quality of standard.... It's was so hard but you need to.....

im from link2support... batch 59... team jazz.... resigned na last year pa..

actually ok naman sana sa link2.. ok ang training kasi matututo ka talagang networking.... pag lipat ko nga dito sobrang techie tingin nila sakin pag nalaman na im from link2support....

ok din mga tao dyan.. sobrang down-to-earth.. mga jologs kasi... hehehe.. pero masaya... kung madami ***** ng TL eh mas madami naman siguro ok na TL.. di tulad dito walang alam nga TL.. sa link2, pag sinabing TL eh malupet ka na nun... not true for all TL's siguro diba pero compared mo naman kasi dito na pag sinabing TL eh alang alam, management lang talaga sila ng agents...

kaso dami ko din ayaw dyan sa link2..... number 1 is management...

im one of those na nagpost ng comments and thoughts sa ating L2S forum.. kaya ayun ano nangyari sakin.. force resignation.. just because of that mistake... nabalewala lahat ng efforts ko dyan.. for 5 months wala ako absent or late kahit isa... and sinunod ko lahat ng scheduled OT and WORD ko.. tapos dahil lang dun!! gosh!!!! baket sino bang hindi nagrereklamo sa OT, WORD at sweldo.. ok i admit mali na pinost ko yun sa forum na nababasa ng management... pero dont i deserve a second chance.. dvarsh!!!! matatanggap ko pa kung magkaron ng punishment eh.. pero yung force resignation.. that's unfair!!

pero after that incident, i learned how to appreciate things... kahit may nakikita ko mali sa company ngayon, iniisip ko parin na walang perfect na company... and much better yung company ngayon kesa sa link2... well better in terms of sweldo and management.. pero in terms of tech training... the best parin ang link2!!

Marami lang talagang kups dito sa link2, kung ako sa inyo ag nyo na lang intindihin yang mga yan baka mabaliw lang kayo...

nagpapabibo lang naman yang mga yan e, e di kung walang papansin sa kanila wala rin clang mapapala, diba?

marami rami pa namang da best dito... da best na bisor sir dennis sobrang bait po nya...

kaka bad trip nga no? licensed pa pero ang baba ng sahod!!! sabi nga ng isang ka-team ko dati itago nalang natin siya sa pangalang "shawie boy" at ito ang sabi nya " putchang ina naman oh, kung alam ko lang na ganito kababa ang sahod sa limang taon kong pinaghirapan sa kolehiyo sana kumuha nalang ako ng two-year technical course ".
