Hey guys....I would like to know your experiences when you took your post graduate studies in the US.....I don't know what to expect really...=) Thanks a lot.

Expect a lot of work! Start thinking of your project already -- this will make it easier for you when you start writing research proposals.

.....expect the unexpected.

Take MS Civil Engineering for example: MIT offers a 9-month MSCE program. Here in the Philippines, MSCE students graduate after 2-3 years of study.

Now, it boils down to what school you're in. If you're in MIT, UC-B, UIUC, Caltech, it's pretty tough.

.... and it's helpful na you have lots of financial resources that you do not have to work to earn extra money. sayang ng time!
