Luthfi Raditya Soekartawi, a Computer Applications major and the Chairperson of DLSU-CSB’s Council of Presidents (CoPs), was recently recognized as the Most Outstanding Foreign Students in the Philippines.
The search and the subsequent concluding ceremony were conducted in St. Louis University, Baguio, from December 6-9, 2002. The event was sponsored by the Philippine International Friendship Organization.
