UP Engineering Week 2002

Engineering Week began in 1954, with the idea of holding an open house for the public to view the new equipment and facilities of the then most advanced laboratories. Twelve years later, the Engineering Student Council implemented changes in its format and organized the Engineering Week into the form we recognize today. Since then, Engineering Week has evolved into what is now considered to be the grandest and most awaited event of the College, attracting more then 4000 participants every year! It also brings together the various Engineering-based student organizations as they compete for the most coveted title of all - The Engineering Week Overall Champion (EWOC).

Scheduled to be held on December 11 - 18, Engineering Week 2002 carries the teme "wild on Eng'g" and is expected to be the hottest week of the year as students have summer fun in December.

Dec. 18 - Lantern Parade, Miss ENG'G, Awarding Ceremonies

Kelan na ba talaga ang SMOKER NIGHT? For five straight years cast ako palagi ng ............UP ACES (Solid, Bigtime, Forever, Yeah!). Meaning, last ko na to. So di ko na palalampasin. Hehehe! Sarap mang-bash! Parang PEX, hehehe! Kitakits.

Inaabangan ko rin yung Ms. Engg. Ang ganda nung contestant from Cursor. Kakainlove. Sexy!

Wow! Engg Week is over again... Now, I've missed being an Engg student again...

Galeng-galeng ng CIEM! We shake the best talaga!

3rd overall pa rin ang CIEM... I wonder when can we overthrown our rival org, IE CLUB!? What can you say about this, KEMers? I would love the idea...

Masipag kasing sumali sa mini-games ang IE CLUBbers eh! But I must say CIEMers really faired well in most of the main events like AWITAN, CHEERING and SMOKER'S NIGHT! Though we didn't place in INDAKAN... Huhuhu! Love ko pa naman INDAKAN. I've been a consistent INDAKER kasi kaya first love ko talaga 'tong event na 'to!

Anyway, congrats to all the winning orgs.
