Anyone who had been in Aurora? Especially the nothern part of the province and the town of Dingalan? Anyone who had been in the east coast of Isabela and Cagayan, too? Namely Palanan, and Dinapigue and their adjoining towns? Ano ba ang hitsura ng mga towns sa east na isolated by the Sierra Madres?
