good bar to hang out with friends

hi! it's been a year since i left for the us, and i'm back in manila. any suggestions for a nice place with good food to hang out and have a few drinks with friends? not too noisy, please.

there's moomba along mother ignacia (i think), QC. nice place. really cozy. couches everywhere. a lot of people there but the way they placed their tables, it doesn't get crowded, like in other bars where you can barely pass through.
