KiTTY2babe where can i get it? depilatory cream ba to?
pinkrose do you go to a salon for it? if not, what do you use for waxing? i tried a depilatory cream before, ok sya pero may natira pa rin... what brand do you use?

Yes, it's a depilatory cream. It's pretty strong but it works, leaving your legs really conditioned too. Try PCX and other health and beauty stores.

It's a brand of wax that's very easy to use.

Avoid Shaving as it would make the hair thicker when it grows...
Try mo yung Sugaring Wax from Body shop -- easy to use atsaka mas matagal mag grow back...
Epilin -- hirap gamitin if your a beginner don't mess with Epilin dahil baka ma burn *** ang skin mo... minus mangingitim yan... :bigcry:

Baka naman you didn't do it right. How come ok naman sa kin ang Epilin? Di naman nangitim or na-burn. And I have sensitive skin ha.

i have nair but it stinks so much! and it doesn't work for me. i also have the sugaring thing from body shop but it doesn't seem to work either. i must be doing things wrong then. i usually just shave but yeah, it does grow back thicker.

Try epliators... They hurt at first, but you get used to it after awhile. It's like plucking, but instead of doing it one at a time, the epilator pulls masses of hair out. I'm using the Emjoi non-rechargeable epilator right now, which I got from www.folica.com. But I've heard that the Braun one is better, and less painful.
You can get hairless legs for up to about two weeks, depending on how fast your hair grows. Ako, usually, I have to re-epilate after about four days.

how about sally hansen's triple smooth lotion ( tama ba?) i wanna try it... it costs P250 lang pala
i use epilin sa underarms kasi un lang alam ko. it's way better than shaving (tagal bago tumubo) & plucking (kasi isang 'ouch!' lang). it whitens the underarms too coz it slughs off dead skin cells (nasasama sa wax).

i think epillin is widely available sa mga watsons and other beauty stores.
question lang, is epillin just the same as the wax used in salons?

From my experience (namely sa Quezon City Sports Club, Piandre, and Hair Asia), iba-iba ginagamit nilang wax. Pero mas madali ang Epilin if you have someone na tutulong sa yo, like your maid or someone.

thanks pinkrose
so, i guess waxing is the best alternative pala. read somewhere
that waxing doesn't cause chicken skin unlike plucking and shaving...
