here's a list of cheap accomodations in bacolod. u can ask for their rates, just call them na lang. i haven't been in these hotels/pension houses myself. i just have a travel book with me that contains information re: local hotels. i'm also not sure about the phone numbers since the book was published on 1997.

rosita's hometel in mabini street offers rooms (doubles) with fan and private bath for 350.
closer to the plaza is bacolod pension (approx. P550)
