I think it's still Shakey's, inspite of the numerous pizza places that have cropped up. Even their plain garlic and cheese thincrust pizza is good na, tapos you wash it down with icecold rootbeer...sarap!!! But then, I'm not into thick crust or pan pizza kasi, and Shakey's doesn't serve good thick crust.

Pizza Inn is also pretty good. I miss this little take out pizza place in rome. If anyone plans to go there, make sure you sample their pizzas. It's a 15 minute walk from the Vatican. Just ask the pinoys around there where it is. It's suppose to be popular. Sorry I don't have their name but they're known for eggplant pizzas.

Pizza Inn is very good. Their Pizza is very tasty and is the best of the mass market pizzas. Sbarro's is awesome too. California Pizza Kitchen and Italliani's Pizza, though high end, have very good pizza as well.

The old Henrico's along Shaw Blvd (near Puregold supermarket) was replaced by Firewood Pizza. It's a no name resto pero ang sarap ng pizza and pasta nila. Their buffalo wings kalasang kalasa ng Don Hen. Naiwan yata yung mga recipes ng Don Hen doon sa location eh.

Amici di Don Bosco (Italian style)
Brooklyn Pizza (non-Italian style): much much better than Yellow Cab

Big Apple is not so bad either; I like their grilled shrimp/garlic pizza. :yum:

Heeee. D'Mark's isn't even close to Italian-style pizza. I think it tastes like Greenwich. But if that's the style of pizza one prefers, then so be it. Then again, I didn't like the pasta at D'Mark's either. Their tomato sauce tastes kind of funky.

BTW, just for formality's sake, L'Incontro's on Nicanor Garcia (formerly Reposo) in Bel-Air, near St. Andrew's Church. They don't have pizzas listed in the menus they hand you, but ask the waiter, and they have 'em.
