Suitable Webhost For Bloggers?

Well my old host(free) closed and I'm looking for a new host that offers php/cgi for my humble blog. So can you guys please suggest a good webhost(paid) that's affordable and one that I can pay easily?
Kung may alam din kayong any free webhost na walang banner and offers php/cgi that'd be great. Well if there's a kind soul out there that's willing to host me I'd be grateful :)

Try this : www.HostUltra.com no "ads" daw but a pop up ad appears 10 seconds after you or somebody closes or leaves your site. But they said that "some" PHP scripts such as forums require MySQL are not FREE.

By the way www.Dreamcodedesign.com is proposing to offer a hosting package for bloggers for a minimal fee. Currently, they have a 95 pesos per month 15mb space supports cgi, php...

Or try www.Mobilehive.com --90 pesos a month.

Any host with FTP access should be able to accomodate blogger :)

mobilehive seems to offer the best deal but their site is lacking information. Hindi ko alam if they're reliable (uptime, bandwidth).
