IT'S GOING TO BE A LONG BREAK BEFORE THE SECOND CONFERENCE STARTS. I JUST WANT TO REMIND EVERYONE THAT WE HAVE TO IMPROVE OUR SKILLS AND AS THE TEAM CAPTAIN, I SHALL SPECIFY THEM, PLAYER BY PLAYER (NO OFFENSE MEANT; I HAVE TO IMPROVE MY OWN GAME TOO)

ken-ken the team's assistant captain; dude, you have to improve on your shooting...since you'll man the 1-guard position most of the time, i suggest you improve your shooting so that you can back me up on my scoring (in case i won't be able to carry the whole team by myself)...you got speed and that's excellent...use it to your advantage like letting our opponents eat your dust...try to bulk up some muscle pounds and you'll do fine *okay*

thehitman muscle man inside; nice job working with the big guys during the 1st conference but i know that you can do better than what you did...like ken-ken, muscle build-up is a necessity so that you can box-out big guys like patch, voodoo, buslog and almightyge (since he went to another team)...speaking of his departure, you have to double your effort on crashing the boards and be the Dikembe Mutombo of the team...i have faith in you dude...also, practice your shooting and your dribbling skills...in time, you could be one of the most sought-after-big-men *okay*

nuss "mac mac cardona" in the making"; dude, great job on the rebounding especially in our last game against maroon but you have to do better than that since thehitman can't do it all by himself. muscle build-up is important since you'll be bangin' bodies with other big men...box-out is also important; don't just stand there and wait for the ball..you have to make your position, box-out then jump for the ball...try to practice your post-up moves and your shooting (mid-range jumpers will do) also, the team will need your defense; i know it's a raw skill that you have so that's why you should polish it (like cardona) i have faith in you man! and i know you can do it *okay*

faaip_de_oiad the "slasher" (ika nga ni francis); for now, i can't evaluate your performance during the 1st conference because i only saw you on our first game against maroon but after that you went on the injured list...from what i saw, you like to play on the wing area but i need you to be at the 3-position because that's what your height for...try to bulk-up your muscles and strentghen your body since you, nuss and thehitman will most of the time do the job in crashing the boards...i haven't seen your shooting skills but try to improve it even if you're already good at it...don't be contented with it for it can fade away one day *okay*

royalassassin errrr...sorry dude, but i haven't seen your game...but this is all i have to say, if you will play in the next conference, improve your skills, try to be speedy and don't forget the "D" *okay*

as for me, all i have to do is to work on my endurance and agility, bulk-up more muscle mass, improve my shooting, improve my "D", and lengthen my patience since i'll be picking up AJ's and Ge's leftovers

AS A WHOLE TEAM, LET'S WORK HARD TO WIN EVERY GAME. I KNOW THAT WE WORKED HARD DURING THE FIRST CONFERENCE BUT THAT'S NOT ENOUGH. LET'S DOUBLE OUR EFFORT. WE'LL BE COLLIDING WITH IMPROVED PLAYERS, DRAFTEES AND A WHOLE NEW EXPERIENCE (can't put it in a better way). TRY TO SCOUT SOME PLAYERS AND INVITE THEM TO PLAY FOR US. IF WE CANNOT, LET'S JUST HOPE THAT THE DRAFT WILL BRING US INTO THE CHAMPIONSHIPS *okay*

Some notes:

RoyalAss:glee: plays point. But since Ken (and you) will play point, he can move up to number 2. He has a good mid-range jumper, and he can be the third point guard if the need arises. You and Ken will both start, so I guess he can spell any of you. We can't afford to have you both sitting down at the same time, hehehe.

Fappy is a slasher, but he is greatly undersized, so he'll need screens. And, like me, he can't play 40 minutes. *** na bahala dun, ehheehehe.

We need to get about 2 BIG men from the draft because right now, our team is greatly undersized. We lost about 25 rebounds with AJ and Ge gone, so we really need to shore up our frontline. And a big slasher too, if there's one from the draft.

Tanong mo na rin sa captain ng Red kung puwedeng atin na lang yung first round pick nila kasi nakuha naman nila si Ge eh.

As long as we can play with about 8 players per game, I think we can be competitive. Honestly, last season, I was only good for 20 minutes. Beyond that, I was no more than a running and jumping gray decoration.

I have to agree, 'sipag at tiyaga don't do any good when you're always incomplete', but I guess it was just our bad luck last season. A five-man rotation (actually, there's nothing to rotate) just can't play competitive basketball for 40 minutes, no matter how good the players are. I can still remember our game against the Why Team, our eight-man rotation was good enough and strong enough to actually beat them. Too bad time ran out on us.

More skills, but more importantly, more players. We have one guy here who wants to play for us, sana naman huwag nang masulot pa.

Indeed, no one wants to play for a losing team except the core itself. But with AJ and Ge gone, the core itself is lacking. We need a new core, and at least three others to shore it up. Wala na bang ibang walk-ins diyan? :bounce2:

Chip, isa pa pala suggestion, instead na co-cap, why dont we form a commitee consist of 3 persons representing the green team? Mike (represents the rookies) , Blake (represents the free agent acquisitions) and ken-ken (represents the old gray team) para if you do some decision making, you can consult to them, pero siyempre ikaw pa rin ang may final say....diba?
