tinatamad lang ako magpost ngayon, so eto nalang sasabihin ko...

super dami ang job opportunities, before i graduated i already got some offers from multinational companies in different fields, as far as advertising even.

btw, taga dlsu po ako. sila lek-lek ang dapat mong tanungin diyan.

tulad ng sabi ni sum1, daming job opportunities for econ grads kaya lang you have to know kung sa private sector ba or sa government mo gusto mag-work.

ako, i've been with NEDA for almost 2 years na, so far, so good naman. btw, i graduated from UP.

I'm an economics junior at UST. This ain't less of my priorities though, is it true that econ grads just end up as researchers and statisticians?? :glee: I couldn't care less about this since I'm planning to work in the private sector.

:D

i have no plans of working for the government!

magulo jan tsaka walang asenso, maliban na lang kung kurakot ka.

i'd like to work in a private firm, perhaps a bank or any good payin company that i could excel on.

its nice to hear na maraming job opportunities!

FYI, pwedeng umasenso sa gobyerno nang hindi nangungurakot

when i was in college i'd like to take econ as my major in business ad but since it was not offer in my school i diverted it to marketing (as major) and i have no regrets since it wasn't that tought although it challenged me in a way (feasibility, thesis, marketing planning and research). until now even if im graduate na i still wanted to take a few units of economics as i knwo that will be very useful in my work as business development support.

my cousin is a econ graduate in ust landed a good job in a bank (credit department). he is trained as appraiser and was promoted for several times and now supervising 12 sppraiser. not bad i guess
