i see, good luck legalists! :) my father is lawyer so i have a pretty good idea of what you and other bar exam takers are experiencing. advice?
1. relax on the saturday before each sunday. la ng papasok sa isip mo kasi tense ka na non.
2. don't go looking for tips. though there are cases when tips do come out in the bar questions, don't count on it. take them as extras, not the essentials that you have to know.
3. if you come across with a topic where you don't know anything, don't bother to know EVERYTHING about that. just learn the essence of that topic, you would not have the time to have a thorough review for that.
4. make sure that you have yourself and your things (especially the necessary papers like test permits etc.) prepared on the night before each exam.
5. don't eat any food that will have a laxative effect on the day of the exams. you know what i mean. :)
6. for those who are married, don't do IT with your spouses on the night before the exam, you might find yourselves late for the exam.
7. make sure you write legibly on the answer book. don't or minimize the blotting of your fountain pen.
8. make sure you attend to your personal needs before each exam.
9. pray, pray and pray. we have to remember that unlike the government administered board exams, there is an element of luck in the bar exams. since real HUMAN BEINGS are the ones checking the papers, it is possible that your paper might be corrected at the most inopportune time (i.e. the checker just had a fight with his wife or her husband, is sick, needs to rest, simply in a bad mood etc. get the idea? ;) ). since you can't do anything about that, let Him take care of that. :)
10. after the last sunday, party if you want to. but don't sulk in one corner after all of it, when you start to feel that you weren't able to do your best in the bar. just let it go. you might not make it but at least you didn't bear that burden for the next months while waiting the bar exam results.
hopo these would help you and fellow barristers. by the way, i'm CPA who passed last May. first take. :) some of my advice here are actually applicable to all kind of exams.
God bless and good luck!

Pagkatapos ng First sunday, and for every succeeding sunday for that matter until the last exam day, never dicuss the questions asked during the previous sunday, kasi hindi ka na makakaaral sa subjects mo for the next sunday. Kaya avoid your fellow reviewees who are so stubborn enough to discuss the previous questions asked on your last exam and concentrate on the next exams.
Bring one bottle of distilled/mineral water inside the examination room and put it beside you for you to drink while answering when you get thirsty.
Bring a jacket because it would be cold in that aircondirioned room in La Salle, Taft Ave.
Yous might not sleep fast on the night of Saturday before the first Sunday exam, because of jitters so sleep early. After 8:00p.m. No more reading, Just relax and watch TV programs. You won't learn anything new anymore that you haven't gone through.
Never miss the Pre-week lectures except if it's taking too much of your time that you would be better of reading your bar materials.
