In celebration of the 91st year of La Sallian education, the DLSU Bookstore in cooperation with the National Historical Institute and Land Transportation Office has launched a Special Commemorative License Plate to certify the longstanding educational excellence and technological leadership of the university.

Valid from the date of its release up to year end 2003.
Authorized by the Land Transportation Office for the exclusive use of students, faculty, employees, alumni, and friends of the university.
Made of quality standard metal
Machine printed and embossed
Personalized – you have the option to place 5 alphanumeric characters for each plate.
Note: Double names will not be printed to avoid matching. Priority will be given to early subscribers.
Limited edition- available only until end of November 2002 (Hurry!)
You may apply for the Special Commemorative License Plate only through any of the DLSU Bookstore branches or its authorized marketing volunteers. The actual sample of the plate is displayed in DLSU-Main branch. A scanned image will be uploaded here soon.
Application Process
It is simple to subscribe to the commemorative plate. Just fill up the application form and provide all the information required for smooth processing. Pay the one-time subscription fee of P1,200 in cash, check* or credit card. Return to the DLSU Bookstore after 3 working weeks to claim your plate and LTO sticker.
Please don’t forget to bring your official receipt and application form in claiming your plate.
*Please write checks to MTO International Product Mobilizer Inc
Over-the-counter bank payments are also accepted through Equitable PCI Bank account name MTO Product Mobilizer Inc, account no. 1368003626. Deposit slip will act as your receipt.

They are required to show proper identification when dealing with transactions
