Cellphone Fad

There's been an increasing demand for cellphones. Is it really true? How, why, where will they use that volume of cellphones? Some even asks for 10,000 units!!!
Can somebody answer or comment on the cellphone fad.

I heard some companies plan to give their employees cellfones for Christmas, hence the bulk orders.

Eh kung some comapnies will give it for christmas bakit ang daming taong nangangailangan. Does it mean na maraming company na magbibigay ng cellphones for Xmas? at 6150 at 3210 pa! Sana pala I'm working with those companies!
